If you're visiting for master health check up, be prepared to spend half a day here and reach at 8.00 am. I went on a Wednesday and there were like 20 people for health check up. Weekends will be worse. It is chaos here and management is unable to handle the crowd. OPD is another sad story, I have seen many patients waiting for the doctors who haven't reached on time. Doctors aren't punctual. It took around 5 hours for health check up to complete. Not a pleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for health check up. Parking is available but is limited. Apollo has no management experience, if TMT service is bottleneck they should have 2/3 device. Such a waste of time. 7 hours for health checkup. Don't come Herr it's poor operation management.

I consulted Dr. Leeni Mehta for cold and fever. She is very diligent & knowledgeable. Highly Recommended Doctor for the ones in need for proper care and treatment. I think shes the best physician in this whole area of Whitefield and marathahalli. And thankful to my friend for referring her name. Thank you doctor so much.

The doctors I consulted with resulted in a bad experience. The doctor does not even check the patient, simply hears the patient speak and write down prescriptions. Although I trusted their experience at first, I came to realize that the disease was misdiagnosed and wrong medicines were prescribed. Also, there were abt 7 sets of meds out of which two were causing extreme allergic reactions. This was identified a lot later by one of the other doctors and also from a hospital. My mother had to be taken to emergency and given immediate treatment due to 8 days of fever and the allergic reactions. An interesting fact is that the doctor didn't perform a blood test which should have been the first check if they are not able to diagnose. I feel it's all about the money there. The only thing I appreciate is that some of the staff are considerate and helpful.

I had booked for a health at home package with Apollo Medical Centre. My experience starting from the booking process where Nishant was extremely helpful in picking up the right package and then having someone come home to collect the samples. I had requested for a 6.45 am for someone to come to collect the samples. In Niranjan I had a very prompt, extremely courteous person who came exactly at the time I had requested for and made the process very smooth. I have got my report as well before time and the overall experience was just awesome. Thank you Apollo Medical Center Kundalahalli and keep up the good work.

I consulted Dr Rohit Khandelwal as my child was not well for few days. His consultation was good. I would like to come again in future for consulting my child's health issue, if any, with this doctor.

This review is only for the receptions ladies, they don't share the proper process on how to get token or you need to get registration right after that, Post Registration they should instruct to get the pre check ups done not the doctor. They often get frustrated with the people around. One senior lady doesn't seem to like people standing in-front of her desk, she gets irritated by that. When you come as a patient or attendant you need these people to guide you so as a hospital prospective right knowledgeable people should be there for guidance.

I did a full body checkup for my parents. The process was seamless and purposely I did it on week days to avoid large gatherings. Niranjan was very helpful, he was on time to collect blood sample and also agreed to come again for after food sample. Overall a good experience but there is scope for improvement. Good to complete the ultrasound first as that takes a bit of time.
