Exceptional maternity care! My sister had fantastic experience delivering her baby. The staff was attentive and the facilities were top-notch. Entire process was smooth with expertise doctors. Billing team (Puneeth S) has helped us a lot in insurance process. I highly recommend this hospital for safety of mother and newborn!

Mr. Devraj played a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth process. His expertise and assistance were invaluable throughout, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free.

This hospital team promise a lot but deliver nothing, If I have a chance to give a rating 0 to 5, I will give zero for hygiene and maintenance for this unit of Apolo. Housekeeping and administrative is worst, for each and every thing you really need to follow up multiple times then only you will get something but nursing team and a doctor's really good. Only the team works on time without any follow up and error is food supply. They never miss timing of supply good food and they do try best take care of attenders. I found a cockroach near OP which is supposed to be 0 tolerance, area for any insect and finding cockroach is annoying and the room which we have spent for three days also has a full of cockroaches which I have keep lagging, but zero action has been taken. Guys, if you are worried about your new bones safety and here to concerned about hygiene, this is not a place for you guys at all, I will say compare to this government Hospital will be a much much more better, these guys charge you premium but the service worst and the housekeeping team is such a professional that they even don't bother to knock the door they just enter inside that's the professional this unit has. I will say think before taking admission by getting yourself impressed with fake show offs what they offer.

Loved the care and responsiveness of all the staff, doctors and nurses. Especially the care manager Swarna is best at what she does. She is very prompt in responding to any help we needed, addressed if at all any issue we faced asap and ensured the patient got the top-notch treatment. Worth mentioning the positive energy and humble attitude the nursing staffs possess, they take utmost care of the patient with a smile. They are just a button-press away even during night shifts. Thanks to the team at Apollo Cradle. We were blessed with a baby girl on September 2023.

We were planning for our second pregnancy and after lot of struggle with different doctors we finally met with Dr. Phani. Her positivity helped us tremendously and I conceived within 3 months under her consultation. Today I have a healthy baby with me. She is amazing and true to her job.
