I want to express my sincere gratitude. I am highly impressed at the treatment I have received starting from the entrance at reception, doctors, staffs. All the nurses were extremely caring. All the doctors were lovely and very warm. I am totally running out of eords.

from where to start, I have to explain about this hospital. this hospital has a family environment. I never thought like this hospital we have in yelahanka. Because I felt like my home at the time of treatment. kindly visit at least one time to this hospital u feel more comfortable in treatment. tq madam and sir for giving treatment.

Probably the worst hospital service I have ever seen in my life, my wife was suppose to have a surgery today, starting from the reception till the allocation of special room everything was pathetic They were cleaning the floor with surf powder, already she has a leg injury how she can walk on a wet and soapy surface And when they allocated the special room no. 114 in the first floor, i swear I have not seen such pathetic room, The room is not more than 8*10 with pillars in between and the rest room is just a feet away, no ventilation, I'm amazed to see such pathetic service, when we questioned about the room they said special rooms are like this only In the other hospitals too and one more person wa saying we could have requested for other room Already when we enquired about the room they have said even in other hospitals this kinda rooms only available as if we have never seen the other hospitals or their special rooms And why we need to request first of all, why can't they first show or allot a good decent room with a good space and ventilation, patient goes there to get well not to become a further patient, Nor I'll go there, nor I'll encourage anyone to visit this hospital until unless they change about their mindset of giving best service to the customers. Bcz of customers their business happens if they don't value customer, they should not be appreciated at all. I definitely don't give negative review to most of the people, but this was a really pathetic experience (WE HAVE CANCELLED THE SURGERY HERE, WHICH WAS SCHEDULED FOR 2.30PM TODAY)

"My recent visit to Anupamaa Hospital for my wife's delivery was an exceptionally pleasant and well-organized experience from start to finish. The journey began with the receptionist, who efficiently provided all the necessary information and swiftly admitted my wife for delivery. Throughout our stay, the nursing staff displayed remarkable humility and expertise, ensuring the utmost care for both the baby and mother. Dr. Venkata Murthy and Dr Arthi are truly a gem of a person, with over 30 years of invaluable experience. His ability to explain complex procedures in a simplified manner is truly commendable. Not to forget Dr Shailaja J, very down to earth person and has over 30 yrs of experience in Gynocology. She created a healthy and transparent atmosphere which really helps patients to open up and discuss things to get better treatment. Also duty doctor Dr Santosh who really took good care of mother and child. Big thanks to doctor. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the hospital's administration team, particularly Rajeshwari and Akshay, who efficiently handled insurance and other administrative matters. The hospital's maintenance team also deserves praise for maintaining a clean and pleasant environment throughout our stay. While I had read previous reviews mentioning network issues in the area, my focus was primarily on receiving excellent medical care, so this was not a significant concern for me. In conclusion, Anupamaa Hospital provides a trustworthy and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to its dedicated staff and doctors. A big thumbs up to the entire team, and I hope to see the hospital grow and reach even greater heights. As a suggestion, it would be great if the hospital could establish a presence on social media platforms like Facebook to share information about common treatments and connect with more people like myself who value your services."

Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Very good treatment and the doctors and staffs are very friendly to us.

My Recent visit to this hospital was good interms of Care at every level - ICU- WARD and OPD. Well trained staff and caring for pts was commendable. Overall great hospitality provided by Dr Arathi Murthy and team.

Im writing this review whole heartedly. I recently delivered a boy baby at this hospital. They treat us as their own family member. They guide us in correct way and attend us 24/7 without any delay. Arathi doctor is the best gynecologist and Venkat Murthy doctor is the best pediatrician.
