I am delighted I chose Anadi to do my yoga training. With so many centres in Rishikesh it can be hard to decide. The training at Anadi is unique due to its small class sizes and the attention each student receives. The course is adapted to each level the student is at and everyday was an exciting challenge and discovery of new postures and the body's ability. The knowledge of the teachers is amazing and inspiring and they are aware of exactly how far to adjust you into the posture to make you feel the correct alignment. I loved the hands on adjustments and learning how to adjust fellow students correctly. The course is intense but rewarding and fun. The teachers and staff treat everyone like family and impart their knowledge with passion and enthusiasm. There is a nice mix of subjects from pranayama, philosophy, mantra chanting, anatomy, asana, and even a bit of astrology. My body was well nourished with delicious fresh varied meals by the fantastic cook and each meal was a delight to eat. The school is in a great location in a quiet part yet near enough to go to all the good spots. I came home feeling stronger both mentally and physically and feeling honoured go be part of the Anadi family. Yes I have a certificate in yoga teacher training but I'm humble enough to know that this is just the beginning of my journey into yoga and its beautiful way of life. Now it's about self practice and perhaps in the future I will return to Rishikesh and Anadi to complete the 300 hour course. I would highly recommend Anadi if you are thinking about doing a yoga teacher training in India. It has been a blessing and a positive experience. Choosing a TTC school in Rishikesh could be overwhelming, but I'm so glad I've done my 200TTC with Anadi. From the moment I arrived, they treated me as if I'm their family. They really took care of us not just with the course but also all aspect of our experience. Classes were challenging but fun, we had some laughs and giggles. All the teachers were very knowledgable, and very passionate about the subject. They went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable, the nature walk in the morning hearing about the mythology, astrology class to learn a bit about Vedic culture, cooking class from master chef Jeet, shopping trip on the scooter to Rishikesh. Room was simple and clean, food was absolutely delicious, location is right by the mountain and short walk(20mins or so) to market. They are such a warm hearted people and you really do feel like you are a part of family. I miss those challenging classes, that sweet pain they gave us to reach to the point you've never reached. Authentic, genuine, thorough, attention to detail. What more can I ask for! Looking forward to coming back and meet you guys again in the near future.

Namaste I just finished my 500 Hours YTT with Anadi we learned very traditional, authentic Yoga from all aspects. The Teachers and Assistants were very humble and caring, they took good care of us and treated us like family. Also the food was great and they made sure to meet everyone's needs when it comes to it as they can make fully plant based dishes as well, if requested I came by recommendation and was very happy about my choice thank you

I did my 300 hours YTTC in Anadi last April 2023. I am so happy I have chosen this school. The teachers have a lot of knowledge and experience, and they really make you feel part of the family. I highly recommend this school.

Now let's talk about the experience of yoga. The teaching style of trainers and the rest of the Yogi teachers is that they really understand what your body and mind need. They take care of your health issues and your body's adaptation to yoga. Had a really amazing time, and the sessions like yoga Nidra and mindful eating were amazing, I was so mesmerized by the after-effects of these sessions. I recently did my 200 hrs TTC from Anadi Yoga Centre and must say it was such a beautiful journey. I enjoyed each and every bit of the class's way of teaching, focusing on each individual, and correcting postures and alignments is really amazing which also makes them unique from others. Teaching asanas practically also focuses on their anatomy of it. teaches things logically how and why. knows how to bring out the best in his students.
