I had the chance to visit this hospital once and there was a huge crowd. It is so huge that it was hard to get an emergency appointment or even for first aid treatment. The facilities are good, location is very accessible too, but I guess they need to expand their capacity so that patients do not need to wait for a long time to get treated.
Hospital needs to be maintained cleanly and the doctor is not well experienced. I visited for fever and the compounder gave me an injection even though doctor was standing and using his WhatsApp. Poor medical equipments maintained and if one is not in very serious condition for immediate care please don't visit. Look for another hospital. They have attached medical shop which give medicine for 5 days for cold and cough and billing for 500+ including injection cost. Doctor charges Rs 100 for his consultation and compounder charges Rs 30 for injection.
Worst service in the hospital, unsteriled wards and reception area and Not even using masks, only money minded, Fortis and appolo hospitals also not charging for that much for 2 sutures, nurses speaking rudely to the patients. Don't go to this hospital.
