Food was nice and quantity was sufficient. Must try their Hariyali Tawa Fish fry. We loved it and would recommend. The overall hospitality was good. It is now renamed to Al Nafoura from Al Ajwa. Right next to Providence mall .A little challenge in finding a parking spot as it is in a busy street.

The best food in pondicherry which my whole family enjoyed.

Nice interiors. Food was better than average. Not particularly spicy. We had House special Mutton Briyani, Chicken 65, Cauliflower 65 etc. The prices were reasonable. Service can be improved, especially when taking orders.

Very nice restaurant which seves non veg halal food. The ambience is really nice, a nice place to visit with family. Food taste and quantity both were nice. I had Chicken 65 biryani which is served with two side companiants which was really nice. Then I had Nan with Hyderabadi chicken, which was average, actually it was really really spicy so was not meant for me. Overall, a nice family restaurant.

This place has a weird smell as one of the reviewer said before. They have tried to add lemon grass oil fragrance which doesn't improve the situation.The glasses and utensils were not very clean. We came in at 3.30 and biriyani was over. We tried veg biryani, noodles and pepper chicken. Pepper chicken came after we finished the food. Taste was good for all items. But personally was let down in overall experience. Btw, there are reviews with photos that dont look authentic. So not sure about the authenticity of overall rating.

Everything tastes fine but the service needs to be improved, most of the things in the menu was not available and that's a disappointment. They present the food in a good way and that's an up. Ambience is good. Price is quite high and the food quantity is ok.

Al Nafousa is a great family restaurant in Pondicherry that serves authentic Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant has a cozy and elegant ambiance, with a fountain and a garden. The food quality is top notch, with fresh and flavorful dishes such as hummus, tabbouleh, shawarma, falafel, kebabs, and baklava. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The only drawbacks are that the food takes some time to arrive, and there is no place provided for car parking. Apart from that, it is a good place to enjoy a meal with your loved ones. I recommend this place for anyone who loves Lebanese food and a relaxing atmosphere. I had a pleasant experience at Al Nafousa and I will definitely visit again.

I generally don't give negative reviews but I felt like highlighting their mistakes which can be improved if they can. Soup was really worst we couldn't keep it in mouth. Naan and butter chicken was good. Fried rice and noodles was ok ok not good. Overall they should improve their food taste.
