I am very happy with Dr Swetha we been getting treated from last 4 years for my 2 baby s She is best in TC palya road and Ramamurthy Nagar and works in Mother Hood too. She is very peaceful and treat well
Doctors are good here. The pediatrician and the ortho doctors are good . The issue is with the clinic. They don't manage properly the token system. Even after booking appointed over call, they will add your name in waiting list only after reaching clinic. There is only 1 receptionist and she has to attend calls, respond to queries from people in clinic and also take the payment. She is bit rude due to this. The seating arrangement are also not that good
We have consulted Swetha mam for entire pregnancy period. Mam was so friendly and cooperative with humble nature. And with all mam suggestions and medication I have gave birth to a healthy baby. I never feel like going to a hospital. Even the staff and lab technicians every service is so satisfactory.
Dr. Swetha MP is very good doctor, empathetic, caring and kind at heart. Gives maximum time to hear patient views. She has always provided clear information and instructions. Doesn't recommend unnecessary tests or medicines.Most we like is the friendly approach with smiling face she treats the patients.
The clinic is clean and offers doctor consultation, pharmacy and blood collection services. The staff are all kind and helpful. Dr Swetha MP is definitely one of the BEST OB-GYN I have ever come across. She is a good listener, empathetic and a caring doctor.
Friendly environment and Dr Srivastav is very good child specialist. I agree with comments on wait time but if you take token and wait at home, receptionist will call you. They're managing the crowd we need to understand their problems as well rather sitting at premises and spreading negative reviews.
