Dr. Monika Mittal is very professional and experienced, her caring towards on her paitent is really appreciated. She never put her paitent into any expensive treatment until it's really required. Very calm and her patience in listening to me is made very comfortable with her to discuss about my issue and previous history. And today is my second visit in her place and I am so happy that I recovered completely in very short period of time. It's really very thankful to get to know about her. Thanks doctor and I highly recommend you to all my friends and family for any Skin and hair related issues and you are strongly recommend.
Dr. Mittal needs to change the way she communicates with her clients. She comes across as unbothered and lackadaisical, which is not a very good first impression if you ask me. Also, she does not give an in depth explanation of the issue. I really hope that you read this and work on yourself, because you've received similar reviews in the past as well and yet there has been no change. People might come to you once, but they won't come back to you again; and neither would they recommend you to someone else because you lack the basic idea behind a good and effective communication. Thanks!
Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr puneet mittal were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr mittal really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctors demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
I would really recommend her for any skin problems.She has tremendous knowledge and she is really cooperative... I was suffering from psoriasis and she has corrected it fully within 2 months...Also hair has grown significantly with the treatment that she has suggested.
Dr Monica's behaviour very rude. Last month we went to her clinic. While speaking on mobile she diagnosed my daughter with chicknepox and she gave prescription for acne. No relief at all. She should avoid phone calls during consultation and focus on patients
