Very money-minded management. very ordinary food, simply don't order from in-room dining, breakfast is below ordinary, tasteless & very limited options. towels & linens are unclean. Please bring your own towels in case your skin is sensitive & prone to allergies. DTH was not working because it was not charged, they brought another set top box after many requests. I directly booked this hotel & paid 50% amount in advance & balance was supposed to be paid after check in. Me & my spouse were travelling by different flights & she reached the hotel before me. She requested for the room & said that my spouse will pay the balance once he will reach the hotel but these guys were so money-minded that they didn't allow her to check in till the balance amount was paid. Location is good but hotel is not worth for the amount they charge.
It's a boutique hotel with good property at a very convenient location, the hotel is on the main road of candolim. The room price was also reasonable and must say very spacious with private mini garden. Varities of breakfast options available and tasty too. Got a very warm welcome at the reception desk and good service from staff. Enjoyed my stay here
Rooms are good and cosy. Prompt service from hotel staff. Never delayed any requests from staff. Resturant is good and foods are tasty. I will recommend this resort.i always suggest others to call resort directly. You may get good deals.
This hotel is situated on the main candolime road. So all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beach is 10 min walk. Room was spacious,clean and modern. Bathroom was clean and equipped with dryer and toiletries. There was a small balcony with table and chairs. Hotel has a swimming pool and in house restaurant. The breakfast was complimentary and it was delicious. Lots of varieties were available right from Indian to western. Food quality was really good, so 5 stars for it. Overall, one of the best choices to stay on candolime.
3 Stars for worn out linen & towels had holes & stains after repeatedly got it replaced their entire stock seems to be bad.. but the staff at this place is very nice Specially Paloma , She was wonderful. Hope they replace their bed linen & towels.
Amazing service and a great place to stay. Really liked the room and pool. Enjoyed early morning breakfast, too delicious. Parking is not available so we had to park on the roadside. Overall had a great time.
While the hotel is in a great location, the room provided was very bad. The floor was sticky, bathroom smelled bad and the sheets looked like it was crying for a wash! The only saving grace was the service. The guy at the reception was quite helpful. Would recommend you check your room Before booking it
