No responsibility , doctor is not available most of the times.! Simply charge money and said that doctor is not available , come back later.! Adding to my previous feedback, the refund process was horrible, they have deducted 2% as service fee in refund and asked me to check with bank then I have asked them to show evidence of transferring my complete amount that I have paid. Then they said we have deducted it from our end but asking me check bank.! Never visit this hospital if you want to save your time, money and health.! These people may say that this review is fake but I have evidence for everything.!

Good and helping staff, nursing team is very supportive, hassle-free billing. Dr Gopal krishna will be always attentive for the patients and support in best possible way.

Recently me and my spouse were both diagnosed with dengue positive with platelets dropping below critical levels. We were admitted to the hospital mostly administering IV fluids for 5 days. Received warm treatment from both doctors and nurses. Thanks team Aayug. Keep up the good work. God bless.

People are not very welcoming. You would get a feeling of an average government hospital. The doctor Jyoti with whome I consulted was rude to us. The basement floor doesn't have mobile network so I had to walk up to the ground floor each time I had to call or use internet.

I had a good experience with the hospital and staffs. Especially Dr.Gopala Krishnan who was very friendly and compassionate and assisted us on call even after discharging. I well recommend the hospital. The nurses were very kind and taken good care during the admitted period. Have no complaints. Thanks to the management

Was admitted for bells palsy. They took care of me well and always everybody attending on time. No fuss about medical bill as my insurance handled most part of it. I will be continuing physiotherapy for next 2 weeks to recover completely.

My maid's husband tested dengue positive. They admitted him and within 3 days they prepared bill of 1 lac. He is doing fine then also they are not discharging him, saying that min 7 days they will keep him so that they can make money from poor people. They are not even showing them report

One of the best treatment. Dr.GK is the best. His team of nurses and doctors took really good care. The billing team was also very helpful. Cleanliness was on point.
