84 pillered cenotaph is the famous tourist spot of bundi ,it was built by rao aniruddha singh in memory of his dhai brother deva,it is built of local stone quarried from nearby ,it is surrounded by a wall n near by baodi is also there, you can buy a compound ticket of rani ki baodi n sukhsagar palace n bundi festival is held here every year ,it is about 35 km from kota n approx one km from bundi bus Station, many foreigners visit this beautiful cenotaph

Some beautiful paintings are drawn wall and ceiling of the cenotaph . Also a great represenation of ancient engineering .

Hello viewers I'm 'Rahul kushwah' and I love traveling and exploring the new things.. The 84 Pillared Cenotaph is a famous tourist attraction in Bundi city of Rajasthan. This temple like structure has a large Shivling covered by a decorated roof top which is supported by 84 pillars. This is dedicated to Lord Shiva and it was built by Maharaja Rao Raja Anirudh in 1683 as a memorial of his foster brother, Deva. According to the beliefs, one is unable to reach 84 correctly when counting them. And yes I saw people counting the pillars but no one got it right.
