Well decorated Mahadev temple. Also have replica 12 shive temples of all over India. Situated beside bank of river hoogly. Place is awesome. All is Good. But one problem ... there is lot of shoe thief. As you have to open your shoes before entering the temple area, they are ready to steal your shoe.
According to the inaugural slab set under the feet of the huge statue, it's only 52 feet! I guess it is the biggest statue of Bengal, after the 81 feet Durga of Deshapriya Park. Great place to visit. Best time to visit is after noon. The interesting part, there is no restriction of photography around the place.
