This Mall is located in Church Street. Once you enter, you will be greeted with the clean and Fresh ambience. They also have 5 levels of parking which is a big help to find parking space in Church Street. Parking tickets are automated and as of Aug-23 they are charging Rs 50/hour. Washrooms were also super clean. While this is a small mall and doesn't have many stores, there are few good restaurants in this mall. They also have a food court in ground floor with variety of food options along with both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Sobha Mall offers a vibrant shopping experience with diverse stores. Ample parking, but occasional crowd congestion. Great for spending quality time with loved ones, entertainment and dining.
Good facility
It's indeed a class corporate model
One of the finest building in the area
but misses that professional touch
There are no boards in lift for the corporates in each floor
The exit way in P1 is indeed confusing
The parking fee is exorbitant but may be that's the order of that location but there should be notice as well.
Even at the floor there are no proper signage and support ...
The food court was clean and gave a very nice vide for a Sunday morning brunch!
Sobha 1 mall is quite small. I wouldn't call it a mall. It's more of a commercial space with their interior designing store meter cube occupying a large part of their ground floor. The major highlight is the newly opened Paragon restaurant on the first floor. The mall has basement parking and looks aesthetically pleasing. But I don't think it has too many shops
Great location, Paragon is the most happening place.
There is a food court also but I feel it can be better with more options.
Outside sitting is great place to hang out.
Shobha mall is located in church street which is famous for night life. This mall contains shopping and has cafeteria
The location is amazing, but not too many stores currently. Have a decent food court, parking at a lot of levels in the basement.
It's clean and maintained well.
