I wish I could give the service 10 stars! Their attention to detail is insane. The rooms are very clean. There are plants and glass glasses and coffee cups in your room. There’s lighting under the bed & in the headboard. There are TWO luggage racks. The basket for your trash and hair dryer are leather-like. Everything is excellent quality. The bed..my,my,my THE BED! You literally sink into it. 😍😍😍 Shortly after arriving in our room, the staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The turn down service is going to blow you away. There are mats and slippers left on each side of the bed. There are eye masks left for light blocking sleep. There’s a glass and a bottle of water left on each side of the bed. The ice bucket is filled. They even put a cable organizer on my phone charger to tidy it up. WHAT?!? It’s going to be very hard leaving and going home tomorrow! (On a side note, the staff outside of the hotel are extremely customer driven as well. I’ll give you an example. A gentlemen was changing the trash on the casino floor at the same time I was looking for a trash can for my empty bag of chips. Not wanting to disrupt him, I planned on waiting for another trash can but as I got closer to him, he said “ma’am may I take that for you?” Honestly, I was shocked that he didn’t see me as any interruption to his tasks so it kind of caught me off guard. I thanked him and he said I was welcome and then took it a step further and wished me a good night. Such a quick interaction but made a large impact on me.) It’s January, but sunny so we walked around the pool area which is also modern & flawless like the rooms. Well done Yaamava family; well done! Update: valet service had 2 waters in our car for the trip home. 😍

They do have a huge selection of slots but the place is a bit difficult to navigate between the weird parking/ long walk and the huge number of people there. Funny, this casino reminds me of a family that grew too fast, and the dad just kept adding rooms to their house for all the new kids every year. They have pretty good gifts and they tend to be more generous with the amount of free play they give you vs. Other casinos.

I went there for the first time after the pandemic ended. can't smoke inside, so the air is so clean and fresh that it's the best.I applaud the fresh management method. I can't give a fake star rating because I haven't even reported the room yet.What was disappointing today was that I wanted to order coffee, but the server didn't come... Please be nice next time.The casino environment is clean and the food is rumored to be delicious, so I'll go to Serrano Buffet next time and post a review.

I went here for the Lobster buffet. It was OK but would have been outstanding if it were Maine lobster which it wasn't. I would go to the buffet again but wouldn't bother with the Lobster buffet. I would only go to the regular buffet. Everything else in the buffet was very good. I'm not a big fan of west coast Lobster so, I'm as little biased. They splatter in some butter on your last but there is no way to have a small bowl of butter to dip your Lobster. It's simple to have this available so, not sure why they didn't.

The detached parking structure was very inconvenient. Didn't have any decent directions to the casino/hotel. The buffet was a little disappointing. Some side items were good but some main course was a bit lacking. The service was excellent. Casino looked the largest I've seen in CA, but kind of winds around, not open. I guess it's because most of it was an add-on to the original structure. Very clean and lively atmosphere.

Great staff in all aspects. Needed help finding the showroom for the show we were attending. Asked a staff member walked us around the casino showed us and recommended places to eat before we went in. Rock and Brews Great food and staff. The live music entertainment was great as well.

Had a great time today, even though I couldn't find any "Classic" machines. Boo hoo!!!!! Did play the Blazing 7s. Didn't get the top award, but got most all my money back. A win in my book. Also enjoyed my lunch offer, great food at the 909 Asian station. Great employees there.
