WSS - Shoe store in Coachella - 50249 Cesar Chavez St, USA

I must admit, I had previously stopped going to WSS due to their poor service. However, we found ourselves in a situation where we urgently needed some work boots. Thankfully, your cashier Isaac went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered difficulties using our old points. Thanks to Isaac's efforts, everything worked out smoothly. Given this positive experience, we are willing to give WSS another chance!

Definitely bad place to stop. Had my old work shoes for 3 years. GREAT. It was time for new ones, bought sketches work slip resistant, they had none resistant.

Not sure if she was the manager her name is Nieves on the recit i ask her for her name she did not respond .my 11 year old son ask for help and she completely ignored him my wife had to go ask her for help she was making unsatisfactory faces and told someone else to help us. After check out I ask security guy by the door for her name and he said he didn't know after we left he went straight to counter and started laughing. Even my son asked me why they were acting like that I had no explanation

WSS you have lost a Customer. I am not happy with your return policy, it feels like if it’s not one thing with you it’s another. I paid over $60 for a pair of kids shoes that were defective and you would not exchange them! All I wanted was a good pair of shoes for my child! I am not happy with your service.

Today is jan 19 2022 6pm i bought working shoes for husband has worn them no more then 7 times cost me over $70 dlls the guy that is by the door treated us with no respect i ask for his name since he has no name tag i insisted on his name he said it was none of our buissness ..i said i needed to call corporate and make a report .talk to nieves .(supposedly) she said she is manager and also treated us bad just because we wanted to see what i can do about the shoes.bottom sole are hanging from sides..so i ask nieves to provide me with the guys name she said I can't and do no insist cause i would not give it to you... He is only our secury and he doesn't work for us..when we left the store the guy went over to the counter and started laughing ..that is how customers get treated at wss in coachella

Horrible experience with this store. I totally understand shoes need to be new and unused for a return. I only wore these shoes twice. Barely even any use. I got my results from my dr saying I couldn’t wear these types of shoes. I wanted just a simple exchange or even a gift card so I could come back and get the proper pair. The manager on duty didn’t even want to do that for me. She seemed to have no compassion at all that I had a medical condition and just wanted a simple gift card. I will no longer be shopping with The WSS company, it’s not very consumer friendly. Will never shop there again. Will let my family and friends know as well.

My dad needed shoes since the sole detached after a 3 mile hike. I got him trail shoes instead of cheap shoes he had. The store was very clean and very attentive associates. Not my typical shoe store but some catch my eye
