"You get what you pay for" is exactly what I took from my stay. The location is great, it's close to West Allis, Muskego, Franklin, Hales Corners, Waukesha, Wind Lake, and there are many gas stations and places to eat within walking distance. It's clean and the service is quick. The value exceeded the cost.

At first this was an ideal place to stay...Good people and a beautiful view...The older women running it didn't want guests talking to one another...Kids were not encouraged to play outside and unless you needed just to smoke it wasn't for adults either...The room I had, had a bad WiFi signal and i would recommend bringing Lysol, rubbing alcohol. And keep all your things wrapped in double plastic...It will run you $50 a night for two full beds...There is cable, fridge and microwave...

I have been living there for 3 weeks now. Place is pretty clean I believe they just have done remodeling to all the rooms. For the price I am paying I am grateful.in fact one of my friends just moved in a couple of doors down the place is not bad at all.

A great family owned motel. Updated and very clean. No politics, just a very nice and well maintained property. Very fair weekly rates compared to similar properties. Nice people. 👍 A positive five stars!

Beautiful scenery, decent rooms, good tenants...Many people are longer term guests...Full Size with 2 beds will run you $50-$55 a night..Weekly rate $240-$270..She changes the price..Room includes cable television, microwave, fridge, some rooms have telephones, and the WiFi is free but it doesn't always work...They have a couple Family rooms & the motel itself is composed of 2 building & is sitting on alot of beautiful land...The Owner's mother is often in charge, so things tend to change from week to week. Check your bed before you unpack.

We used to go here due to the cheap prices. There's one side that's a one story section which is a very small one bed with dirty floors, musty smells, and has VERY thin walls...we could hear 'rent by the hour' type of rooms.||||Then there's a 2 story motel on the other side of the office with each room ($10 more than the single rooms) having double beds which are a bit cleaner. They also have one room with 3 beds, one which is partioned off by 'half a wall'.||||This is a party hotel with cops there all the time and once busted into our room @ 4-5am while I was asleep in barely any clothing...they apologized and said they had the wrong room. ||||Again, the only reason I ever stayed here was for the price and the fact I had nowhere to live on weekends at te time

How do you run a motel and tell people they HAVE to be there before 8pm or you "go to sleep" till morning!? STUPID, need to LEARN how to run a business, THEY obviously do not know what customer service is!!! As any other place takes your reservation and has SOMEONE MAN THE DESK TILL A RESPECTABLE CHECK IN HOUR LIKE 9PM not 7!!!!

Not at all expensive. Nothing fancy, but I was satisfied
