they used to have great employees n working there now it’s like going into the abyss of no product no variety and they can’t even tell you which year they might actually have what you need. I’ve been going there for two years and I support local businesses always have, but this business is a joke

the store has nothing example replacement glass, certain coils,mesh coils,RDA tanks and supplies, and they’ve been out of batteries for a month. there prices are always 15 % or more compared to any other place you can get your product. they had wonderful workers there now not so much. i always support local businesses but i can’t give vapin usa any of mine.

Was clean and well maintained. I was able to have some juice mixed up on the spot. Service was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this store.

Great selection, helpful staff. The girl working this morning was super nice and helpful. We drive a semi and parked along the edge of the roadway, popped in and out without a problem!

Never had a bad experience and they always help us get the best bang for our buck. Everyone always knows exactly how to help us and the atmosphere is wonderful and a great place. Staff is the best 😊

I'm a consistent customer to VapinUSA, and have become good friends with the staff running the shop. I can honestly say they are a great group of guys, who are always down to help anyone and everyone who comes in. They have a good size inventory of awesome products, and knowledge on each item! 10/10

Knowledge Depends on who is working. I had a device they did not sell. One associate was helpful and replaced the broken tank, however failed to mention how to correctly attach/refill so it did not overheat. When I returned to ask for help the 2nd associate said he had no idea how work the tank (which was sold there)????
