First of all, I did NOT stay at this resort, but I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service over the phone that I feel compelled to write a review based on that alone. Like many other folks, my husband and I "won" a free stay here. We were extremely excited about it at first. We took some time to read reviews (initially to read positive ones to see just how much other people liked to stay here), and that is where our opinion started to change. There were way too many 1-star reviews from people who had also won a stay here that we no longer felt comfortable making the long trip to potentially be trapped for several hours for a presentation only to be talked down to for not purchasing a time share that they themselves say is not a requirement to enjoy the free stay. My husband and I regretted to do so, but we felt that it was in our best interest to cancel our reservations, and that is when these people put a really bad taste in our mouths. We called to tell them we would no longer be coming and the gentleman on the phone was very rude to us. He didn't seem to want to take no for an answer, seemed to have no interest in hearing our concerns, and refused to acknowledge that the many bad reviews were a deterrent for us. I am also put off by the way that these people respond to less than stellar reviews online - they seem to be condescending and almost frame their responses to make it the guests' fault for not enjoying the 3-4 hour long (!!!) aggressive sales pitch. I realize they told us our deposit was nonrefundable, but we felt that they should not take nearly $100 from people and not have at least a small window of time for people to get a refund. We called back within an hour or two of our initial reservations to cancel them. So, NO, I did not stay here, so I cannot lend a helpful review on that, but based on our phone conversations alone and the way they respond to people online, I will never ever be staying here ever. I would suggest that these folks seriously reconsider the way that they treat their guests. Quit misleading people into thinking they've won a wonderful, no strings attached, free stay at a grand 5-star resort. And shame on them for taking advantage of people, then mistreating them when they do not want to invest in a time share.

Staff was really helpful and prompt when we needed a few things like bath cloths and extra sheets. The condos are spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is an electric fireplace that is nice but it doesn't actually generate heat. Also the cabinets and furniture are a little dated. But we would definitely stay here again!

Met with Park Jenkins who was an amazing salesman. He was knowledgeable and fun. He made the 2 hour presentation worthwhile. The only reason we didn't buy was because we already have Wyndham. Check them out. It's worth your time.

We were very pleased with all the beds/baths and the kitchen and living room. We had excellent cable channels, super clean and comfy beds, and superior master bathroom!||This location is not far from Historical Colonial Williamsburg, and we went several times. HVAC system is poor. Thermostat is not working and Temperature goes above 80 in the room. Have to open the door and windows to get adjusted. When heating is required cool air flows and when cooling is required warm air flows. We received attention promptly upon calling, but the system itself has issue. You would not want an experience calling front desk and maintenance multiple times during your stay. The management or front desk has not even ask us to provide alternatives, expecting us to tolerate. We have traveled all over the world, but I never experience such an ignorance. It is a hospitality industry. First of all, you should have checked before checking in customers. If a problem is notified, provide customer an alternative while fixing the issue. Otherwise the rooms and other amenities are reasonably clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. I will leave the verdict to you.

Very family friendly place. This was our second time staying here. This time around, we had an issue with our room. Dave at the front desk quickly fixed the situation by offering us another suite. He was very professional and apologetic. Other than that, our stay was just as enjoyable as the first time. The suites offer a full kitchen, balcony, and bathroom with jacuzzi. There are indoor/outdoor pools and BBQ areas when weather permits. I would definitely recommend this location.

The resort itself is well kept. Had some issues in our unit. Was told I had to be in the unit to have them addressed I chose to enjoy my vacation rather then wait in the room. My choice. Waited in the room only for the safe to be opened and TV remotes to be reprogrammed. It was done promptly. Wasn’t going to waste more vacation time. Check in was great no problems there. I would come back again but will have a check list to go through before I unpack. Unit was large enough, clean, a little outdated in the kitchen so we ate out. Great restaurant’s close by.

Great location. Easy access to Colonial Williamsburg. Unit was spotless and well stocked. Clubhouse/office setup nicely with many amenities. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I would rather the timeshare sales people would not make repeated contact, one no should be enough.
