Results Performance Training is a great place to work at! As a new trainer I am learning key concepts, developmental skills, and overcoming common communication barriers involving fitness. Detric Smith is a great mentor and leader and is willing to accomplish challenges with you. He loves to teach and will go out of his way to assure that his trainers are ready and prepared. I love working with the variety of clients at RPT; they are always ready to work and willing to encourage each other!

Love Results Performance!! Exercise that is tailored to my needs. I can feel the benefits. Whether individual or group training, the accommodations for my limitations are addressed. I look forward to attending each session. Great place to address your fitness needs.

I really loved working out here!!! The instructor and trainer helped me feel at ease learning the exercises, and the workout was just the right amount of difficulty. The music selection was AMAZING too. I would definitely go back!!!

I love that you have sets of exercises including weights to work your arms, legs and core. It is 45 minutes and at the end you feel like you did a good workout and not being pushed thru like it's a boot camp but keeping you going and moving the entire time. Plus an instructor the whole time encouraging you on!

I always get a great workout at Results. I love the music, the trainers are a great mix of personalities but all very knowledgeable and they always offer modifications, and there’s an established community, but it’s not hard to become a part of that community quickly! My favorite thing about working out at Results (besides plenty of Pitbull on the playlist) is that throughout my day, I can always go back to my workout in my mind and feel good about what I accomplished - and strong!
