The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center - Hotel in Pigeon Forge - 3230 Parkway, USA

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff, including breakfast, clean rooms, and dog friendly. They took a picture of my dog upon registration and sent it in a card, thanking me after my stay. Marketing geniuses! We were in the area for the holidays. This was the nicest hotel of 4 we stayed in.

Everything was very clean, and a beautiful setting. They decorated the bed with flower petals for mine, and my husband’s wedding anniversary. The staff was kind, and courteous. The breakfast buffet was impressive as well delicious. Will definitely be returning for our next getaway!!

The stay was great! I enjoyed the breakfeast throughly ! Johnathan is an amazing cook there and so polite! He stood out to me . Such a hard workin fella! The pool area was nice the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was so nice will define staying again in the near future couldn’t ask for better accommodations !

Stayed here for a work event that was also in one of the hotel's many convention rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated for Christmas, and it looked amazing. The rooms were clean, but I had a little trouble sleeping since the in room mini fridge rattled all night. Their beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. They have free wifi and breakfast in the morning. It has a large indoor pool and a hot tub; also a workout room and many vending machines on each floor. I will stay here again for work and / or a vacation.

This was a very nice place. We stayed here to have a vow renewal in Gatlinburg. The breakfast was top notch. The staff from check-in to check-out were so kind. The breakfast staff were also great! Our next visit, we will definitely stay again.

No matter what the reviews say, this will always be my go-to hotel when in Pigeon Forge. Been going to this hotel for a while now. The past 5 times I’ve been here they have been absolutely outstanding. From the room, to the housekeeping, to the pool/hot tube, to the breakfast, etc… I absolutely love the hospitality this place offers. It’s located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge where everything is(being the attractions). Great hotel for children as well, movies playing at night until 10pm in the pool/hot tub room make for a great children’s area if you have kids that want to feel like they are welcome. Overall if I could give this hotel a 10/10 I would, but unfortunately 5/5 is the max. There is always room for improvement, but from what I seen they are about to start revamping a little bit. Will be back next time!!

This hotel is a older place but it's been repainted and spiffed up. The room was clean. The shower was new and We loved the large shower head which had great water pressure...The only down side was the room still had an older heater/air-conditioning unit located at the window. I could feel the cold air sweeping into the room from the bottom of the unit..the room had updated heating and air with a control on the wall. I still feel like the room was nice for the price. We recieved a Senior discount which was a help on price. The hotel is owned by Christians and there were special touches throughout the lobby that spoke of their faith intertwined with the decor.

My wife and I stayed at the Ramsey for the Thanksgiving holiday. Little did we know that several football teams, "teen boys," were staying at the hotel during this time. The hotel was busy and full. To full for the hotel employees to keep up. The room was large and spacious. However, dirty... the carpet smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom was not up to par either. The toilet seat was broken, and the wall had missing tiles. Mold was prevalent on almost every wall. So where do I start? The unsupervised children running up and down the hallways the dirty rooms, or the fact that we didn't have any hot water to shower with each night that we were there. The free breakfast buffet was also another disappointment. Again, the hotel staff struggled to keep up with the demand. For the expense of this hotel, I can not recommend this property! Save your money and book at another facility.
