I was pleasantly surprised. This was the only property that I could nook for my exact dates and a spa using my comps. I was skeptical as some of the reviews were just bad, mean and disturbing. Let me say- I was very happy. Mobile pre check in, kiosk check in for keys, something I am not a fan as I miss the old days of having great personal service, was simple and efficient. Property was easy to navigate, clean, with friendly staff. The bar on the other hand- horrible! There was not a live football game, so I decided to relax and have a few drinks. I sat there, credit card out and started playing . For 20minutes no one acknowledged me because the four bar employees were hooping and hollering with two patrons. I was the third patron, four employees and I couldn't get served. I room was clean, well stocked and had a view of the Sphere. Spa was wonderful and Dex was great. I will definitely stay here again. But I will never attempt to enjoy any of their bars again. The cocktail servers were quick and much more focused than the bar staff.

Stayed Sat 1/19/24 to Mon 1/22/24 in King Bed Cabana room. Great stay! Obviously this property is older and remodeled. Amazing first impression. Every staff member within hotel or businesses were polite. We actually never left property! Ate in casino as well as ally with bars and restaurants. Even decided on last minute tattoo at Club Tattoo. Even though pool was closed for winter, nice to finally get a cabana room to enjoy the extra large patio. Rooms were very clean. Im pleasantly surprised, not expecting much from such a older property. Perfect size property for a chill stay.

We knew booking this room that it wasn’t a luxurious hotel. We wanted something relatively cheap as we were flying cross country to see Adele. Our room was dark with few lamps working. It had a musty odor and we ended up with 2 double beds instead of one king size. The water in the shower smelled horrible. The shampoo and conditioner containers were both empty. The hand soap dispenser was filled with body wash. If you know what you’re getting into, this hotel is just fine. The casino smells like essential oils and breakfast at Hash House a Go Go was great! So overall it was a good stay. Just not 5 star luxury, but that’s not what we signed up for anyway. $40 resort fee is ridiculous when he accepted no housekeeping during our stay and our phone didn’t even work. This is frustrating because you feel taken advantage of as a consumer but can’t do anything about it. We would not stay at The LINQ again. There are too many other nicer hotels in the area to choose from.

I just got back from a visit with my boyfriend. This was both of our first trips to Vegas and we came all the way from New York. Check in was at 4 and they charged a $60 fee to check in early. Since we did not want to pay the fee, we had to leave our bags with the concierge until check in. Once we checked in and got up to our room, we realized we had an ironing board but no iron in our room. We called down to the front desk and requested an iron be sent up to our room. Staff told us to take the privacy off our door and wait for maintenance to bring one up to us. After 45 minutes of waiting, I had to call again and ask what the ETA was on an iron (that should have already been in my room). The front desk staff informed me that someone would be coming up with one immediately, however I still had to wait another half hour for it to arrive. This really cut into our time to enjoy our vacation, which we were very upset about. Also- the garage where the ubers come to pick you up is flooded. You have to leap over streams and puddles to get to the cars and I did get my socks wet at one point which was very inconvenient. It is clear that the quality of service was MUCH higher at neighboring hotels. I would not stay here again, nor recommend that anyone else does.

We wanted to love it... but we hated it! I booked a deluxe king suite in tower 3 for a surprise trip for my husband's birthday. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 11pm and knowing we'd be late checking in and needing a fridge for medical necessity, I had called in twice on our check in Day to notify hotel of this and add notes to our booking. Upon checking in, our representative was rude, with attitude, argued with me about needing a fridge for medical needs and said I'd need to pay for it (it's supposed to be free of charge and also stated in their description that the particular room type booked anyway came with fridge). After again repeating myself multiple times, she rudely apologized. She then told us of resort fees and took my card, processed, and gave room keys- for a double room in tower 2. I was appaled! This was not our reservation. Representative told us hotel is fully booked and wouldn't honor a different king size bed room. We asked for manager. She walked away for over 15 minutes and came back with Aaron(supervisor). After speaking with him again extremely rude and obnoxious to us, told us bs that they can change the room type at any time- when asking about where this stated in their policy he couldn't come up with anything. Finally after being there for close to an hour and telling them to cancel and we'd go to different hotel, he miraculously found a room in tower 3 with king bed. |We get to our room... the shower floor is dirty with unknown fluid all over the floor, minimal towels, and ceiling peeling in the shower and in the room ceiling is cracked with what seemed to have been leaking. A refridgerator was in the room, but wasnt keeping the cold. Our bed did not have covers, rather just a comforter thrown on top of two sheets and then the mattress, and a pillow in an inside out pillow case. We called room service - the room phone wasn't working well, calls were dropped, to clean shower and for new fridge, were told in 1 hour. We waited- 2 hours later still nothing- called down again and finally a new fridge was brought in and someone came to clean and bring towels. |The only positive on this property is its location! But if you can stay anywhere else please do. Even if you have to pay slightly more. We will be back in Vegas but would not step foot in there again.

The room was very dark, several lights were burnt out, but even if the lights were all working the light was in dim mode. When you opened the curtains your view was the backstairs of another building. No coffee maker, or mini fridge in the room. There was a space for the mini fridge but it was missing. We called about getting a mini fridge but was told it would be $35 day to rent. Housekeeping did not show up. Meet them in the hallway one time and asked if we could get our room cleaned with fresh towels, otherwise we did not see them. Every evening when we came back to our room we had to request clean towels. They had large soap dispensers in the shower but they were empty, and did not get filled up. Had to request shampoo and soap every other day and got them in small bottles. It was quiet for sleeping and the beds were comfortable at least.

Parking is a real pain in the butt. The people here are very nice. The beds are SO comfortable. I slept like a baby. You have to hunt with a flashlight to find electrical outlets. We never had a long wait for the elevator. Hidden charges: $20 parking per night and resort fees.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at. I love that its basically in the middle of the strip, the rooms are so nice and clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and accomodating especially when we had some complaints about our room they went ahead and just let us switch rooms with no trouble at all. I always recommend friends who visit to stay here.
