Ralphy. That is all. Ralphy took such great care of us. Helped us in every way through our quick decisions to sign. We got an amazing price too for a two bedroom. The day after we signed the price of the one bed was the same as the two! Apartment is super nice as well. Tons of extra space and countertops / kitchen bar area are tough to beat. Thanks so much Ralphy for being our leasing consultant and being awesome. Oh forgot to mention - got our first month free! We're in awh and excited to see how our first year here goes!

Very dissatisfied with the move out process with the Gate, specifically pertaining to the final move out statement I was provided with. There was quite a lengthy list of charges which some were dropped.. but Glenda who seems to be in charge of this process in the leasing office she still refuses to remove a charge of $130.00 for cleaning charges when my fiancé and I cleaned the entire unit in full. Carpets and floors were both vacuumed and mopped, bathroom was left in both sanitary and cleanly conditions as well as the kitchen cleaned top to bottom and we even pulled out the oven to take care of any fallout from cooking that collects overtime. I understand this might seem like irrelevant information but I find it relevant in my case since we finally spoke to Glenda over the phone today 7/5/23 when I was still awaiting her response from an email last dated 6/23/23.. and she admitted that they hired a vendor for cleaning and she would follow up with photos. Well am I glad that I took photos because I have not only proof but the date of the photos taken to prove that I moved out of the apartment 6/11/23 and it was immaculate, so I am unsure what her photos would justify in this case since she also mentioned that our apartment was a 2bd, unsure if this meant that they got charged more because of the size of the unit but I did not hire this vendor they did. So I will leave my review here along with my photos as proof in hopes Glenda will be honest, and provide a final resolution so I can finally put apartment living behind me. If not my review will stay as a warning to future tenants and current residents preparing to move out.

The Gate Apartments are a great place to live. We've lived here for 6 months now and are very happy with the apartment. The rental process was straightforward and Ralphy kept us updated regularly. The amenities are great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I had a maintenance issue today and Juan took care of it quickly and professionally. He even fixed a loose door handle while he was here.

Ralphy was so amazing, patient, kind and funny! He went above and beyond and answered all of our questions and made sure we weren’t lost during our application. The buildings were super nice and calm and everything is so clean! 10/10

Ralphy was great. thus far a very joyous experience anything needing repair or adjusting they have been right on top of it. I have had the good pleasure of meeting two guys in the maintenance staff Ramon E and Luis O great guys have been on their jobs since day one

Love living here, quiet, clean and needs always met in a timely manner. They worked with my family when we moved in, as we moved in a time crunch from another state. Great people up front especially Ralphy, friendly and helpful guy.
