Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate - Resort hotel in Championsgate - 1500 Masters Blvd, USA

We spent 3 nights at the Omni and it was incredible! The resort is absolutely beautiful and has a bunch of great amenities. Anne-Marie at customer service was such a pleasure to chat with and was extremely helpful in my shuttle scheduling to Disney and assisting me in my check out. JB and Matthew, who were my shuttle drivers, were beyond pleasant to chat with and made the journey to Disney even more enjoyable! The resort has incredible food options, is very cleanly, and has incredible staff to help and assist you!

This hotel has a major housekeeping issue. 1- we checked into the hotel and took showers later just to find out that's a tub was clogged. That makes no sense how did housekeeping clean or tub prior to us checking in if it was clogged. This is a real questionable housekeeping and cleaning issue. 2- received a text on our second day there stating our room has been cleaned and if there's any issue to call them. The text was received at 11:00 a.m. we later went into our room around 3:00 just to find out the housekeeping had never come. Call the desk asked them to clean the room, they let me know they definitely can come by but they stop cleaning at 4:00 so they have to come now. My question again to housekeeping manager or even hotel manager is how does someone send me a text if the work wasn't completed. 3- The third night we were there we asked the housekeeper to change our sheets. She looked at us and didn't acknowledge what we asked for, and then went on to just making the beds without changing the sheets. Interesting idea of customer service. The hotels nice the front desk staff was nice however if your room is not clean then it doesn't matter how everyone treats you. Definitely not worth the money.

The whole staff was amazing but Dillon really stood out to me in valet. He was very helpful when we checked in. He kept the vehicle close for us when we came in because we were in a rush for soccer helped us out a lot. Also the way the front staff was quick was amazing getting me checked in fast.

Not a golfer and only stayed for a destination wedding. Resort overall nice, but rooms are a little dated. Fee's high for this that and another thing, but if UR willing to go, all in, then a nice experience. Staff IMO is the best part of the time we spent there. Props to Dillion in Valet Parking for addressing all my needs/concerns! The venue for the wedding was beautiful, well run, and detailed focused. We had to walk A LOT from hotel room to wedding events, but at least we got some exercise, older folks may want to pick a room closer to the convention center.

Played a 9 hole game in the evening which was awesome and so much fun. Great fireworks show on grounds and beautiful seating areas. The pool and lazy river were perfect fun for whole family. Beautiful lobby and restraunts available. I did not play CG Golf course but my brother did and raved about the experience.

The Omni resort has been amazing and is a beautiful place! The food at Trevi’s was great. The cold brew is fantastic at the deli. Most notable though is that Angel, at the front went out of her way to make us feel welcome and helped us immensely!! She was extremely caring and went above and beyond!! Would recommend this resort!

Francisco is amazing!!! He is a wonderful driver!!!! He got us to and from the main hotel to our building, Sunset Lodge. He was always giving us the best time on the golf cart rides. I wouldn’t want anyone else driving us to our games. He gave us the best hype up ever. Thank you Francisco!

Great hotel off the beaten path of the Disney resort area but close enough to get there within 20 minutes. The resort has plenty of amenities including several pools and pool activities. Put put golf, gym, several gift shops a cafe and 2 great restaurants. The lobby and common areas are beautiful and spacious. It also offers a beautiful golf course. This resort is great for conventions large or small as well as the average family wanting to stay for a short period.
