The hype is real! While in Denver everyone is talking about this place. Not a typical burger place but you have a ton of options and some premade menu burgers.
I got the burger of the month, Rodeo Cowboy and it was amazing! The smoky char on the burger mixed with the horse radish and cream cheese lump to fill in the gaps was a perfect blend of sweet spicy and savory. She got the pepper burger and it had huge pork belly steak slices and had a great mix of cheese and peppers. No room for dessert!! The steak fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, onion rings.. best I have had in a long time!
Absolutely loved this Cricket Cricket! The waiter was absolutely funny and awesome, plenty of seating throughout the restaurant, and great food! The Fanta was very refreshing, the Little Cricket burger was absolutely amazing with the bacon and Swiss cheese. Their fries were also amazing as well, get those as a side. Location was great and it was easy to locate in Cherry Creek. Overall, highly recommend this restaurant!
I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying the Cherry Cricket for the past 15 years and have always had a great experience. Service is prompt and friendly, the vibe is comfortable and kinda nostalgic, and the food is great! They’ve expanded quite a bit and have a ton of outdoor seating, so it’s easy to get seated. Most recently grabbed a late lunch on a Friday and tried one of the burger specials, which was good! They kindly split the burger into two baskets without us asking as my mom and I were sharing it. Little details like that make a difference and are appreciated! I highly recommend stopping by for a great burger!
Wanted a burger so this was the choice. Ordered the margarita, Santa Cruz burger and the fish sandwich. Small order of tots went a long way and that margarita was en pointe. Well balanced and just perfect with the spicy and cold. I highly recommend it.
The tots were perfect. Couldn't stop eating them so I took my burger home in a box.
Fish sandwich was perfect. Well cooked crispy and just an elevated sandwich.
Burger was still perfect after I reheated it. Honestly can't deduct anything it's the burger I wanted.
Service was solid. Line was long but moved quick. I'd say an amazing burger and worth the trip.
The burgers were good but not downright amazing for us. We both went with their award winning Big Cheesy. It was large and came with some of our favorite food.. I mean who doesn’t love mac and cheese and Cheetos?! However, it just wasn’t a total home run for us. I also ordered their old fashioned, which is probably my mistake. The old fashioned looked like really sad and depressing. Me drinking it during lunch on a hot summer day.. also depressing 😂. There’s already a 3.5% surcharge but the staff seems offended I even hit custom tip? Machine starts at 18% so expecting 21.5% tip for two burgers seem kinda excessive especially for LUNCH.
Ordered the first burger on their "picks menu" the cricket royale. Excellent burger. Excellent juiciness and ingredients. It does get runny but still tasted delicious. The bun was spot on too. The Onion rings were excellent as well.
It was a good burger, not fantastic but good. 2 of our burgers were over cooked and dry and the other was very under cooked. My son got the burger of the month and they forgot to put the macaroni & cheese on it- that was disappointing. Onion rings were tasty and the atmosphere was very cool! We'd probably try it again and take our pups for patio enjoyment.
We were drawn by the advertising as one of Denver's best hamburgers. They were tasty, mainly because you get to customize them with about thirty options. I had mine with mushrooms, onion strips, and apricot ancho sauce. Quite good.
The onion rings were a bit of a letdown. Hardly crispy, but soft and sweet inside.
They have Coke products and some beers. Parking is dicey. Walk if you're close enough.
