We had a large group of eight people and they were amazing at taking care of us. We got there a little bit before five on a Saturday and had a 25 minute wait. Our server was very efficient and attentive. Everyone was happy with their meals - gluten free buns and cheesecake are available.

Very nice atmosphere. Some dishes are really tasty while others are not very special. Burgers are great, recommend mac n cheese burger. Servants are very friendly. Host is okay but not super welcoming, maybe because they are very busy and big line up. Public parking is available but prices are outrageous. Usually street parking can be found in area for fraction of price.

Their cheesecake is always so good! Angle hair pasta, avocado egg rolls are excellent. Great place for gathering and good food. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Always a great choice for a big group to dine in. Eveything on the menu is great! Always come back again and again!

Always one top choice when I travel from Vancouver to Seattle. This chain restaurant always bring me back good memories with a large food hall and the cheese cake show room fridge. Overall status of the restaurant was a bit old and aged but the food quality and the service was good and memorable. Had a blast having lunch with my little brother here.

I placed a takeaway order and chose two simple items (entree and app). When I arrived I was instructed to pick up the food at the bar. The bartender checked my bag and confirmed it "looks good". When I got home I realized the food was cold and they gave me the wrong appetizer. Instead of the cheeseburger rolls they gave me some southwest chicken plate. The rolls looked so small and pathetic...look at the photos! Food was mediocre. $41 for a sad dinner. When I tried to email corporate they sent me auto message that they "appreciate" my feedback and would reach out "soon". Never heard back from them. Last time I will order here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

As a Canadian tourist, the food here is satisfying and flavorful, especially the must-try cheesecake. Keep in mind that prices are a bit on the expensive side. The restaurant is centrally located, but note that parking costs are higher at $10 per hour. The service is commendable, and reservations are recommended.

The Cheesecake Factory has always been a restaurant that we go to whenever we are in Seattle. This time was a bit of a disappointment though. My wife's medium rare petite filled mignon came well done. My Louisiana fried chicken pasta came with the driest pieces of chicken fingers and tasteless pasta. The restaurant decor definitely needs an update. Cheesecake there though still pretty good. I'd suggest just get the Cheesecakes to go !!

Perhaps it was Penny's attitude in TBBT that led to my undervalued impression of this brand, but I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of my meal tonight. Service was friendly as soon as I walked in the door, and my server was awesome (definitely earned the 25% tip). The avocado tacos were a very unique item and apart from the fried breading being a bit greasy they tasted great. Chicken Riesling was prepared well - chicken was moist, there was just the right amount of sauce, and the noodles were nice and buttery. The bacon had a pre-cooked/packaged flavor, which was the only thing that could have been improved. Side of asparagus was grilled nicely and had good peppered flavor, but were cut too long and included the bottom woody portions of the stem. Unfortunately I was too full for dessert, so instead topped it all off with a double espresso which had decent flavor.
