The Campbell House Inn - Bed & breakfast in Eugene - 252 Pearl St, USA

We just finished a wonderful stay at Campbell House, and enjoyed everything about the Inn. From our arrival, Abby at the front desk was very friendly, and allowed us to change our room to better suit our needs. We brought our small dog with us, and everyone there was very helpful and pet friendly! The complimentary cookies, coffee and glass wine were very much appreciated and enjoyed, and the cooked to order breakfast was just excellent. What a wonderful oasis just a couple of blocks from all the downtown Eugene activities! The best hotel of our three week road trip, for sure.

Soo very happy this place came up in our search for a place to stay! A hidden gem that made our short stay in Eugene extra special! The staff was wonderful! We each received a complementary glass of wine and were offered breakfast but we chose to get brunch in town. Although the breakfast options sounded delicious. This inn has so much charm! It was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again next time we are in Eugene. Thank you so much!

The people at the Campbell House were amazing. I was stuck in Eugene due to a snow storm and they went above and beyond to take care of me!!! True kind wonderful human beings. Too grateful for them. Will definitely come back here because these people were so kind and helpful!! And the chef of the breakfast is an amazing chef!!!

We loved our stay at the Campbell House Inn! The staff were all so kind, and the space is beautiful. We enjoyed our complimentary glass of wine on the patio furniture out front on the lawn - what a nice treat! The inn is clearly in an older building but brings charm. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep here. In the evening, we took advantage of the walking distance to a local brewery for a great dinner. The breakfast service in the morning at the inn was great (scones and fruit, juice, coffee, and a choice of entree - pancakes or eggs benedict on our day). I hope we find ourselves back in Eugene one day so we can stay here again! Loved it!

We stayed here two weeks ago, in the Campbell room. The room is actually larger than the pictures on the website make it look! The gas fireplace made the room very cozy. Everything was clean and tidy. I regret that I can't remember the attendant's name but the woman who was on duty that night was a delight. Very friendly and informative, and reminded us of the complimentary glass of wine (which was quite good). When a pair of guests came in who had not been able to get dinner anywhere yet (this was around 9pm), she made up a little charcuterie sort of plate for them. Really went above and beyond for all of us! Breakfast is very good and may be a bit adventurous -- they offer a sweet and savory option and the savory option that morning was spinach with a panko crust and balsamic tomato reduction. It sounded so fancy but I wasn't ready for spinach at 8am! Their brioche french toast with lemon-raspberry curd and berries was quite good. Other mornings, if you are lucky, they are serving eggs benedict, and it is superb. Yes, you can hear the trains at night. They are sporadic, but ultimately don't bother me. If noise from outside bothers you then you will want to bring earplugs. Otherwise it's a very quiet site. I really had a great experience here and can't wait to come back!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Great breakfast included, 5 star cuisine in every sense. Nice views, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, charmed all around! ❤️

This is the second time we have stayed here and we have loved it both times. The time are clean and nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful historic home. The breakfast was fantastic and the experience was overall quite enjoyable.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location! Beautiful grounds where you can sip a glass of complimentary wine while enjoying the view. Comfortable beds and pillows. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room though you can get coffee and tea in the main house. Staff was very responsive - we had an issue with a squeaky door and they took care of it right away.
