The Botanic Garden at Oklahoma State University - Botanical garden in Stillwater - 3300 W. 6th Street, (south entrance), USA

It had been a few years since I visited, there is so much to see! Lots of places for kids to play and climb, beautiful plants and landscapes and pollinator habitats! They even have a small henhouse. My daughter and I had a blast, we will definitely be going often! We are so lucky to have this in our community. 💙

What terrific gardens! Even in early spring there’s plenty to see. I appreciated all the signage on the trail and the information about ecology. They are some very nice specimens in this garden, a few of my favorite.

The gardens were so beautiful! Not only did they have nice flowers and plants, but they had vegetables growing too. They allow dogs as long as they are on leash. Perfect place to take the kids too! Really nice shaded playground. They also have chickens you can feed!

This garden is on the cutting edge of Horticulture. You will see many new plants you may not be familiar with along with trial gardens that might reveal the next popular cultivar. I personally was impressed seeing pink velvet banana growing in a very established grove surviving after last winter after a week of single digits and low of negative 10 or so! I would like to see them propagated and sold at the next plant sale! Great job with the gardens!

You gotta visit here. Such a beautiful and educational place. Lots of work and dedication have been put into making it what it has become over the years. There's even things for the kiddos, and maybe even the kid in you.

Really great place to take kids that I think a lot of people don't know about. We seem to discover more and more every time we visit. Right by the playground there is an outside kitchen which is one of my daughter's favorites. We also discovered some wooden stumps that were made into obstacles. Throughout the rest of the gardens, there is a play house and a lot of other little things for kids to find and do. The best part is it's free to enter :)

We had a couple hours too spend and daughter-in-law suggested this place today. I was able to do some geocaching. Such a lovely place. So many different plant varieties and butterflies. I'm sitting on a bench under a big leafy plant so calm here except for the occasional chainsaw cutting down some branches. Seems to be a wonderful place for kids. Highly recommended if you have some time come out and stroll around the grounds.

I visited with my uncle and came to explore through Geocaching Adventure Lab. We really enjoyed the gardens. I was surprised to see many flowers still in bloom in spite of it being mid-October.
