This is an interesting restaurant. When you come in from the parking lot, the mouth-watering smell of food cooking sends a message to your taste buds.
Inside it is even better. You can choose your steaks up front as you walk in or sit down and choose from a menu.
The menu has something for everyone.
The food was quite delicious and I found the waitstaff to be well-trained and very polite.
My wife and I always save this place for special occasions...why you ask? Because they never fail to deliver a quality dinner service that will let you leave wanting to return again.
This place is always packed... especially during special occasions, so be ready for a wait. I won't hold it against the place .. because good things come to those who wait, right?
Servers have always been attentive. My wife and I always enjoy their buttered rolls... delicious start to anyone's night. We try to hold off on ordering more because the main entree is coming up ..but it's a hard temptation to say no to more buttered rolls.
The cook on the meat has usually been spot on. This night, I had chicken fried steak. The portion was more than enough, the cook was nice and crisp, the gravy had the perfect combination of salt and pepper, and the steak itself was cooked perfectly.
My wife's steak was cooked to her liking of well done. The topping of mushrooms added the perfect element of earthiness and texture to each bite...it was delicious! The loaded potatoes were a given of course...
And everything paired perfectly with a cold draft beer. If there was only one tidbit...I wish they would expand their draft selection, considering many others nearby have considerable draft choices...but that is splitting hairs.
One of my favorite places to enjoy an evening with my wife...and it will be yours as well!
The was good, good vibe, extremely organized and clean.
Jackie was very attentive and efficient. Order was as expected and the meat was cooked as ordered. Cant deny that the bread always makes a great entry poing for an even better meal. I would 100% recommend it.
First time @ RH. I had the ribeye and Reggie had the prime rib. They were excellent. Well seasoned and very tender. The rolls and honey butter lived up to their reputation. Definitely recommend
Steak is always well cooked to the temperature I order. Never have had any issues with service and everyone is always nice and helpful. I truly only eat the ft worth ribeye which is what I recommend anyone that goes here.
This was a really good experience this time. We frequent different Texas Road House restaurants and we usually have good experiences but there have been those few off days for them.
Total disappointment, ordered steaks, one rare and two medium rare, both medium rare steaks come completely cooked through, the rare was completely cold, colder than a women's heart. Order a baked potato, completely raw, our shrimp and bread completely burned, I mean dark than an abyss at the bottom of the ocean. Took the serve for ever to get our order, and drinks. By the time he got our beer from the bar to the table it was hot, hotter than the steak they served us. Would not recommend!!!!
I'm disappointed so much hype for junk.. dry sirloins. All the sauces salty. The onion bloom was good but super salty again. The loaded fries were ok the but the bacon was rock hard. The breaded steak was a complete disaster....should have just given me the steak by itself. Seems they use the onion batter on it, and it falls off and salty again. Water and corn were needed to wash the salt away. 4 of us and we all agread. Also tell them u want more than 1 bread....because getting another order takes for ever.
