This was our first time in Las Vegas and the hotel's shuttle was such a great help getting to and back from the strip. Besides the shuttle there were many more great amenities. I did not take advantage of many because I had a fully booked schedule for the week. The room was clean, although I have to say that there was a slight odor (I want to stress "light" odor) when entering the apartment. The fridge was too big for the space which made reaching the dishes a bit uncomfortable. However, I left the dishes on the counter.. I preferred the fridge space. Yes, the furniture is a bit dated but I was comfortable. I used the washer and dryer (They provide a single use pack of detergent). The kitchen had everything you need to make meals and they have a whole section in the premises of grills. I saw many different people using them every single day. They were very accommodating as well; I was able to do an early check in and a late check out due to my arrival and departure time. Overall, my stay here made my first visit of Las Vegas a great one!

We are Soleil owners, and as such, have stayed at Tahiti Village annually for some time. It’s definitely time for a reboot. Sure, we always enjoy our time in Vegas, but with the vast variety of places to stay, we are beginning to wonder why we keep coming here. Our reasoning always comes down to one thing- the pool. The pool and lazy river have always been a huge draw, even though the lazy river has been horribly over crowded every time I’ve ever been. Now here at the end of August for Labor day weekend and beyond, the lazy river was finally doable! Unfortunately, the pool was a real disappointment. Everyday, at least a third of the pool was closed. The reasoning? I was told it was due to low population; yet my intuition tells me that it’s because college is back in session and they can’t get lifeguards. My evidence for this? The fact that after two pm, I watched as certain closed sections reopened. This certainly had nothing to do with an influx of people to the pool. |Additionally, the resort is also in need of interior refurbishing. The sofa in our room was awful and the dresser in the master bedroom had broken drawers. Also, our refrigerator had no ice maker. I’ve stayed here long enough to know that fridges typically come with ice makers!! Speaking with other owners, I heard similar complaints. I can’t help but think that it’s time to try the Marriott.

This resort has definitely gone down hill, having stopped 4 times previously and thoroughly enjoying it, we will not be returning again.|We stopped for 9 nights in August, on arrival the room wasn't ready, which was fair enough as we were early. The room once ready was the 2 bed apartment, all was fine in the room, though it is definitely looking outdated and in need of refurbishment now. It was still clean with everything we could need, a lovely view to the strip and airport.||The holiday went downhill from the following morning in the pool. |We were playing catch in the pool with a small tennis ball sized ball.... not allowed, blow up the inflatable lilo to use.... not allowed, messing about with our child in the pool.... not allowed as supposedly "play fighting" people reserving the sunbeds in the pool all day and not using them, supposedly not allowed but happened every day and noone did anything about it.|Went to the shop in the hotel to purchase a beach ball to use in the pool.... not allowed though it was purchased in the shop, same with the inflatable lilo in the shop.... not allowed in the pool. Everything has to be see through? So why sell them at the hotel. Absolutely stupid rule, it never used to be like this here, you used to be allowed to have fun in the pool.|For the 9 days only half of the pool was open, and at some points not even half was open, not allowed to play volleyball in the water as it was never open where the net is. Heaven forbid if you were playing with a ball and it went in an area not open, going to fetch it people were whistled and yelled at by the lifeguards to say that part of the pool wasn't open? Absolutely ridiculous and the way some of the lifeguards spoke to guests was disgusting and rude. ||Smoking on balconies is supposedly not allowed, the people to the side of us and below us were constantly smoking on the balcony both cigarette and weed, 3 times I phoned reception and once went in to complain about this, nothing was done. One of our family members went down to the smoking area every day, yet others smoke on balconies and noone cared?||All in all, such a shame this resort has gone down hill like it has, this was our go to resort when on holiday on Vegas, it definitely won't be again.

Spent a wonderful week here and cannot fault the place. Rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. Pool was excellent as was the lazy river. As a family stay I don’t think this can be bettered in all of Vegas. And as it’s just a few minutes drive from the strip (or hop on their bus - we didn’t use but saw it often) the adults can easily nip off for some fun in the evenings.

Love this resort! It's family friendly with a large lazy river and a spacious pool. There are plenty of life guards on duty at all times. The BBQ areas are always clean and well kept. There are good food and liquor options if you don't feel like leaving the premises. The rooms are clean and well maintained and I love the steam shower! Housekeeping was prompt to bring any items we needed. The staff was always smiling and friendly. The location is perfect - close to the strip but far enough to be away from the craziness. There are grocery stores and food options very close to the resort. This is our favorite place to stay when in town and we will be back for sure.

Great place to stay in Las Vegas. I don’t do the strip but it is close by if you like to go. They also have a shuttle that runs daily to Excalibur and treasure island. The rooms are nice and the pool and lazy river are awesome. 10/10 place to take the family. The on-site restaurant’s are decent and there’s plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. If you go for the timeshare the presentation is actually informative and entertaining even if you decide not to purchase they are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back. The SkyView room is also really cool great views of the city.

We stayed here last night for a Spontaneous trip to Vegas. At 9:30 this morning front desk called and said security needs to see you at your vehicle. Sure enough both back door windows were busted out of the truck. They stole a printer and a laptop. We had to drive the police station to make a report because the police station doesn't come out nonemergencies. After we made our report Tahiti Security told us that it happened about 6:15 am this morning. It was broad daylight so that means these people are watching security or knows their schedule because it sounds like shift change to me. It was a nice place and comfortable but after the $6000+ worth of damages and debt. I do not recommend it.

This was an interesting visit. I was here for two nights to learn about this place. First of all, I like the room I got, there was a full size kitchen and washer-dryer unit and big size bathtub. Stay was comfortable to a point. Here are some of the kickers. I asked for two beds and only got one. But I was told by the front desk that by hotel policy, a sofa bed counts as a real bed so I got two beds. Yeah....that don't fly with me. Second thing is that although I called for room service to the front desk since noon, I wasn't told that you need to stay for 7 days to get room service. I would like to know that up front when I checked in but I was told that I should have read the tiny prints. Third, of the five buildings that make up the hotel, they are all separate and not inner connected. So you have to walk in the heat to get to the lobby. Finally, and this is more of a personal thing, there are far too many kids. Nothing wrong if you got family but for me, no thank you. Overall, I like the room but I didn't care for the rest.
