Arina was a very cordial and helpful hostess who really made our experience memorable. Especially for our friends who were having hotpot for the first time. Overall really great ambiance and really loved the setup for everyone having their own broth bowl. Good quality meat and really flavorful broth. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back!!

This was such a fun date night! It’s somewhat reminiscent of going to cook your own Korean Barbecue where there is a cooking implement at your table and you cook what you want to your personal specifications. There is a table behind the server station where you can get noodles and veggies as you like. The severs will bring more meat per request if you are doing the all you can eat soup. I got the Szechuan broth and that had an excellent spice and flavor to it- the servers brought around hot carafes of chicken broth to fill the cooking pots with as needed. I was a little turned off by the high price and there wasn’t the best how tos given for first timers - a laminated sheet of suggestions for how to cook the hot pot soup would have been awesome. All in all a really fun, different thing to do for a night out.

This was my first visit to Swish Swish. The staff is super kind. The place is nice and clean. I just wish they have more sauce options. I love having chili sauce and peanut sauce along with few other sauces as a basic sauce, but they didn't have peanut sauce. Overall, good experience.

Warning ** 15% **gratuity tip (forced tip not mentioned till you get the bill)- $1 for each broth refill. I waved and looked for one of the five servers for 10 minutes, and no one came. The service doesn't deserve a tip. They came to refill soup, and then they charged extra and didn't warn. Water is never asked to be refilled. If this isn't something you expect, then don't eat here We had the wangyu all you can eat during the weekdays. Sauce will cost you extra, but they give you soy sauce and hot sauce. I had a hard time getting the hot sauce out of the bottle. Who puts thick sauce in a soy sauce bottle?? This place was packed, and the food was fresh. Personal electric stoves are nice and safe and enjoyable for everyone. However, I had a hard time grabbing veges with small plastic tongs for side dishes out of the fridge. But everything was fresh!! Overall, soup base was weak, and the broth they added was great, but it washes out the taste. Tom Yom was so so, onion had no taste, tonkatsu was yummy, and chicken soup was smelly.

I have tried many other hot pot places and ultimately Swish Swish is my favorite. I’ve been going to the Bellevue location for years and now I’m finally glad to have one in Lynnwood as well. I prefer being able to choose my own soup and cooking the ingredients to my liking versus having one pot and stressing about how someone else is cooking the food. It’s great so that everyone can choose their own soup and cook their own ingredients the way they like it. I love that they also have a case where you can refill your own veggies, meatballs, and noodles. The two signature dipping sauces they have has always been the best dipping sauce I’ve had and better than anything I could ever make at a sauce bar. We’ve been served by Garrett many times and he’s the nicest and most attentive worker. He is also very chill and easy to talk to. Every time I try a new hot pot place I still love Swish Swish in the end. Nothing else beats it for me.

The food wasn’t worth the price. One thing I didn’t like was the all meat combo came with napa cabbage and glass noddle? I thought there would be more veggies. You have to pay extra for sauce? I rather eat somewhere else than here. Customer service was alright. I don’t want to come back.

Sophie and grace were phenomenal. Service was top notch. My picky eaters inhaled their dinner, and everything was high quality and excellent. Wish there was dessert, and the lighting was dimmer. But overall a great experience and we will be back!

Not on my list of good hotpot places in town for sure. We got there around 6:30pm on a Sunday and the place was nearly empty. But they had us wait for them to clean up a 2 person table before they seated us. Note that almost all other 3 person tables were empty. We did all you can eat. They didn’t check on us often to see if we wanted to order another round. Food is less authentic than most other hotpot places in town, but the all you can eat price is comparably high.
