This place was perfect for our family. Great location and budget friendly. If your looking for a 5 star hotel, this won't be the choice for you. Rooms need some repairs/updating. For instance, shower curtain was ripped up, hanging hook ripped off wall and mattress are well worn. However, it was clean and everything worked as it should with cold ac. Breakfast was good, waffles. Eggs, sausage, biscuit, cereal and oatmeal. Employees super friendly, polite and helpful. The location can't be beat. The hotel itself is on the bay side with a small beach and a pool area. Kayaks and paddleboards are free to use. Kids loved this, esp since the bay side was relatively shallow so they could get off and walk around. Just across the street is ocean side beach access, short short walk. Restaurants/bars all within a short walk. We were very satisfied with our stay!
Great staff. We arrived early after driving all night prepared to wait until 4 to check in. To our delight they had a room ready and put us in right away. Beach and shopping all within walking distance. Best food at Crabs. Fresh sushi and poke bowls, and generous calamari. Room was clean and ac was cold. Free Paddle boards had no fin so were hard to steer. Paddle boards and kayaks had to stay on inlet and not allowed to go to the beach side. Quiet pool area with small inlet beach. Breakfast was average— make your own waffles, cereal, eggs and sausage. No easy to go breakfast like muffins. Fresh oranges and always ice water in the lobby.
A great little hotel for a budget friendly mindset. You are within walking distance to everything you would want to do for vacation. The staff is very friendly and quick to help you with your needs. They offer free kayak’s, paddle boards and bicycle rentals with your hotel stay. They have a nice pool and a private (small) bay beach access. The rooms are pretty basic bet hey, you’re here to have fun and not sit in your room all week. The free breakfast is decent with a little more to offer than just bagel and cereal. This place definitely is the perfect place to stay. Now to the Negative part. Our water pressure in our room was very poor. It was enough to get a shower in but i would expect to have good pressure when your renting a hotel room. The only other thing i would like to see is a broom in each room so you can sweep up the sand. If you don’t have room service everyday the sand can get quite outa control pretty quickly. Over all it was a wonderful experience and will definitely book again. 4.5/ 5 starts for me.
This is the best hotel. They are so accommodating and kind. Free delicious breakfast, pool with private access to the bay, free rentals for paddleboards and kayaks, outdoor games such as corn hole and large connect 4, and across the street to the beach and shops. Will definitely be coming back. We absolutely loved this place!!!
The staff and the accommodations were great. We stayed one night - between a condo stay and our air flight home. The staff was SO PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. Both at check in and check out the staff were eager to help us with any of our needs.||The property had many cool ammenties. A pool, small beach, paddle boarding and kayaks were available to use. My niece and nephew were thrilled that they could try the paddle boards.
This is a great budget friendly place to stay and has a lot of amenities. The rooms are very clean and when we reported our sink was not draining properly someone was there within 15 minutes to fix it. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, but especially Elizabet Traykova. She runs that breakfast like a boss! She anticipates each guests’ needs before they can even ask for it and always with a smile on her face. My only complaint is that they make you pay $10 a day to park there, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. If I’m paying for the room, parking should be included, however, I will definitely stay there again.
Although the rooms are nothing fancy, the overall experience was very good. Nothing wrong with rooms though. The pictures and what they offer are spot on. The staff was very good. Everything is within walking distance, and they have golf carts that people will transport you for a tip, and there is a trolley also you can get on across the street.
We were on a road trip and stopped off in Pensacola to visit our son. We chose this place as it allowed pets and was close to the beach, with breakfast and parking included. We weren’t expecting anything fancy or even particularly nice, as we’re seasoned road travelers and have stayed at tons of different pet friendly hotels on our travels, so we know of many sketchy/gross hotels, but this place pleasantly surprised us!. The room was nice, just as the photos show. The amenities , like the kayaks, paddle boards and private beach area were well beyond my expectations! The pool area was welcoming and fun, I felt like I was at a fancy resort. My only disappointment was that the shower gel in the room shower was empty, but easy enough to grab a wash cloth and pump out enough body wash that was at the sink. The next part needs a full paragraph…||THE STAFF HERE WERE BEYOND SPECTACULAR! Everyone at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I went to the front desk a few times to get more towels, which they gladly provided. The people working at the pool/equipment check out were consistently friendly and eager to help out. The man working the pool area and halls, saw my husband was looking for someone to get us more toilet paper and stopped what he was doing to get us a couple rolls. I wish I would have gotten the names of everyone we encountered so they can get the proper recognition. I did, however, got the name of the most amazing breakfast/snack employee. Elizabet really personalized our stay. She seemed to remember just about everyone in the dining area EVERY SINGLE DAY WE WERE THERE! She hustled around to ensure everything was stocked, clean and that everyone’s needs were being met. Even when some guests were being pushy or demanding, she got everyone what they needed and did it with a smile and kind voice. She’s a gem! ||We will stay here again the next time we’re in Pensacola!

A+ experience! More amenities than comparable priced hotels. My kiddos have had a blast, and seeing their faces light up made us extend our stay. The entire staff has been friendly and welcoming. We haven't had much of a reason to leave as everything
This was a beautiful beach and clean. We went early in the morning got there about 8. Very few people there. Water was a beautiful blue color. Parking was great.
It is the pure white sandy beach on a day that few people were there. Perfect. Red flag day so the waves were high and no one could get in the water. But it is January and too cold for me to get in the water anyway. Gorgeous beach.
Delicious drinks, expensive but thatâs to be expected with the incredible view!! I think itâs called sneaky tiki because we almost couldnât find it ð Facing the water, you can park in the lot to the left of the RV park, and then walk to the
Wiggle tails by the sea!
This dog beach was a beautiful place just on the west side of the animal reserve leaving Navarre. There was some parking but that particular day (Sunday) it wasn't enough. Note no bathrooms for humans. We took our Jolie Fle
Stayed for one night we enjoyed our stay. The park was beautiful and clean. We could see the beach from our site which was great. The park staff were freindly and helpful couldn't of asked for better service. The park was in walking distance to shops
Awesome place for a beach vacation. Lower key than other places in Florida. Because of a sea turtle nesting area, there is a large part of the island, just to the east of the resort that is not built on and never will be. Also, Blue Angels practic
Pensacola Beach Boardwalk is a very nice place to visit. I enjoyed the sights, sounds, and the people. The restaurants are great. It's an overall wonderful experience.
A must-eat place for many years. Usually a wait. Freshest oysters & sweet fried shrimp. Their grouper sandwich is off the charts too. If you enjoy oysters, belly up to the bar and watch them shuck them. Sometimes there's a pearl too! Friendly staff
We loved staying here for a long weekend!! It's a great location, close walk to some restaurants, bars and shops. We love that it was right on the beach and has incredible views! We also enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub. It was unusually chilly so w
