Sunrise Motel - Motel in Franklin - 9347 S 27th St, USA

Hi this is my second time stayed here the first time I was here for 4 months now I am here for a couple weeks because of my living situation but it's a great place it is clean cute the rooms are cute great service the people are great and nice and whoever says that the rooms have bed bugs is a lie because I've never seen any bug bites or been bit maybe these people need to take a shower and are bringing it back from wherever they came from but other than that I love the people I love their service great rates cable Wi-Fi they stay out of your business and that's that and whoever is making bad post about this place are probably lying because they couldn't get away with something. But I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for peaceful place to stay and clean clean rooms and people that keep to themselves

Wonderful location with great hospitality! The room was clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room decor was cute and quaint to make it feel like home. The young lady in the office was wonderful and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet, safe location then I highly recommend. Rhonda and Addie

Very nice people! We've been doing some work there, replacing the well pump system components, such as the pressure tanks we show in a picture. Top of the line well-x-trolls with 7 year warranties, highest in the industry. But once again the owners were extremely helpful, even providing hot lunch. If they care for their patrons like they did us, it would be a hard place to leave.

GREAT DEAL FOR SUCH A LOW COST! The Sunrise Motel has been a go to place for me and a few of my family members over the years. They have reliable service. The new owners are great, they are working on some sort of improvement to the motel every time I see them. The rooms are always clean, they have a mini fridge and microwave.The room I stayed in this last time had just been redone with fresh paint and new counter tops. It is great to see the place that I have been coming to for years finally receiving some TLC. I would recommend this family run business to all my friends and family... and to the viewers of this post!

I went to this motel with the weekly rate. I got bug bites my first night. I called the office and they came up quickly and stripped the bed checking for bed bugs. They didn't find anything. So the next night I got bit Some more. My whole two weeks there was filed with getting bit by either fleas or bed bugs. I even bombed the room and was still getting bit. When I contacted the office to change to another room I was told they couldn't since they were all booked up yet the whole time the Vacancy sign was lit up every night. When I went to renew my week they told me they were booked up and I should have paid two or three days before even though my week was finished the following day. I do not and would not recommend this place to anyone and this coming from someone who doesn't complain.

Awesome room for the very reasonable price. Very clean very up to date. The owners are so nice my wife and i were making a salad and i am a real sucker for fresh grown tomatoes anyway i noticed the owners had a really nice garden wuth some beautiful tomatoes, i couldn't help myself i asked the owner if i could have one and witout a moment of hesitation he told me to get anything i could use out of that garden. I thought that was a very kind gesture in a world that doesn't have a lot of kindness in it these days. All that being said yes i recommend

This is by far the best motel on 27th Street.. Nice and clean, quiet and comfortable.. I rented a room with 2 beds for $60. I will definitely stay here again. You can tell this motel actually keeps up with the premises. No problems or complaints. No bugs, no junkies etc..

Nice place. Bed comfortable; water hot with decent pressure. Some parking lot noise; some TV noise from other rooms early in the morning, but not too loud. Owner was very nice when I made a reservation & checked in. Would stay here again.
