Summerfield Tea Bar - Featured Reviews (576)
Recently had the displeasure of visiting Summerfield Tea bar, and my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the prices of their products are exorbitantly high, making it difficult to justify any purchase. The value for money is simply not there.
Adding to the frustration, the customer service was disappointingly subpar. The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than assisting customers. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and it felt like a hassle to even inquire about products.
To make matters worse, the rude and unhelpful demeanor of the employees created a sense of discomfort. It's disheartening to see a place that not only overcharges for its items but also lacks basic courtesy and respect toward its patrons.
Upon entering, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors appeared to have been neglected, with visible dirt and grime in various areas. Tables were sticky, and it was evident that cleaning routines were not being adequately enforced.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against visiting Summerfield tea bar . The combination of overpriced goods, lackluster service, and a generally unpleasant environment make it an establishment to avoid at all costs.
Bobba is trending for this time… definitely it’s is the best place in Rowland heights. You need to know this is a Korean area.
All in menu is recommended.
Place is so cute, minimalist but perfect! Have a terraza with lights for the night!
It’s a pet friendly place 🥰🥰🥰
Totally recommend!
I mean, it's alright. The fries are bomb and so is the watermelon boba but the popcorn chicken was like eating nothing. I guess I'll order spicy or mild next time since I got no spicy but yk have some flavor at least.
They also don't fill the cups to the bottom 🙃 Halfway full/empty. Paying $8 for a cup of half filled fries.
Cute outside decor :) Actually it used to be my best go to bubble tea shop but not that much now due to discontinuing coffee drink. Other drinks were good too however. :) Their popcorn chicken used to be good but this time they were overcooked and not that much tasteful. Customer service was not pleasant actually. Overall it's just okay, not that good but not too bad but unfotunately it will not be my place any more.
I've gone twice so far and each time it's been satisfying. The fries are delicious but I recommend eating them fresh! Love the taste of the seasoning they use.
Midnight snow boba very good.
Viet boba chain with cozy decor, but tends to get very crowded with long lines.
It’s also unique in the sense that its open late at night, unlike most other boba shops.
4.5 stars for drinks, 2 stars for popcorn chicken.
The Ceylon milk tea is really solid and similar to Sunright, the frozen drinks are also good similar to tastea. Popcorn chicken is one of the most bland things I’ve ever had, very strange because it’s fried well
Decided to try this place for Boba and was glad we did so. First off a boba place with a drive thru, is so awesome. I have personally worked at a boba place before, and there is just so many people that come in to buy and leave right after. This boba place feels premium, from the drinks, the service, to the cups/ cup holders and decor. They have even gotten ready for Christmas with decorations. One thing I noticed as well, was that the patio had actual grape vines, with real grapes.
We went in with a big amount of people but I was able to try at least 2 drinks. From reading other people’s reviews, it seems like the snacks are pretty good as well, so I will have to try those next time.
I got the Brown Bear Boba and the Remember me. I like that the Brown Bear Boba wasn’t too sweet, and the cup was a good size. To top it off their honey boba at this place is well made. There are so many places that leave their boba out, where the texture can be inconsistent and soggy, but that was not the case here. I liked that the Remember Me also had Grass Jelly inside. Most of the drinks besides the premade ones you can actually also decide how much amount of sugar you want.
Again it was a great experience. I mentioned earlier even the cup holders were really premium, giving me a peace of mind that the drinks wont be spilling over from a cheap cup holder. I cant wait to try some other drinks and snacks next time around. Until then!
