Stop & Shop - Grocery store in Union - 1201 Stuyvesant Ave., USA

Stop & Shop really has it all and most importantly, they have the freshest produce and organic products than other competitive supermarkets. The store is quite organized, large for its location and I like the new upgrades to the kitchen, deli and bakery areas that I had not noticed since my last visit pre- COVID. I stopped in for a sub and their delicious cookies; which are always top quality for a supermarket.

Love going to this store, although there are times they're lightly stock.

i received a call from your online shopping representative on tues 11/28 to question whether or not i placed an online order because she noticed my address was in another state. I am very grateful for her attention to detail. she saved me a lot of aggravation as she was able to cancel that order and get my money refunded. Thank You!!!!

One of the girls at the customer service desk was so unprofessional. I called the location to see if they had Western Union there and the girl let me know they indeed had the service, but she didn't say anything about the machine being down. I drove all the way to the location to receive a large amount of money before hitting the road to another state and she said it was not working. I left the store and called again. While on the phone, I calmly said I was calling about the Western Union machine and she kept hanging the phone up on me. I then called again from another number and changed my voice. I asked if they had Western Union and she said they do. I then asked if the machine was working and she then said it was not working. I mean, she should have let me know that they have it there but it was down at the moment. My goodness. No common sense. Thankfully, I came across a nice manager who was very helpful and did confirm the machine was down. He was working hard to help me, but unfortunately, they were not able to fix the machine. But atleast he was kind and worked hard to help me. Honestly, some of the cashiers and customer service staff could use more training. Oh, and there was another young man in the produce department who was very helpful. He was very approachable and understanding as he pointed me in the right direction so I could find the manager. All in all, I will never go back to this Stop and Shop. I ended up going to the one in Watchung and they were soo kind and eager to help at the customer service desk.

My Son and i love this paticular Stop and Shop. These are just a few of the meals my Son and I cooked from Stop and Shop ! Located in Union on Stuyvesant Ave. I like 👍 the fact they stay well Stocked up ! The Cleanliness and its spacious, The workers are friendly and helpful of your needs. Ample parking, up and down below with an elevator or esculater you can use to come up to the store level. I travel from Elizabeth up to this particular Stop and Shop because I love this store more then others. Try it ! You will see 👀 what I mean

Stop and shop had everything I needed! All the way down to a flowering plant for my Grandmother! The store had many people, but there wasn't a wait at the registers and all the shelves were stocked fully, EVEN THE MILK!!! A great shopping experience to be had, especially beging just before Christmas!!! A+ S&S! Keep up the good work!!!
