Staybridge Suites Sioux City Southeast, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Sioux City - 5410 Sergeant Rd, USA

We had to spend the night unexpectedly due to some bad weather while traveling. I saw this hotel had similar/identical rates to other hotels nearby but had slightly larger rooms, so we booked a couple rooms and hoped for the best. Let me tell you…this hotel was so clean and the service was amazing! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had kitchenettes which made staying with children a lot easier! If I’m ever needing to stay in or near Sioux City again, I’ll be staying here!!

We stayed at this location on a previous visit and enjoyed the area, price and hotel that we chose to stay for the Christmas holiday with family. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, pleasant during our entire stay. Breakfast could provide more diverse options, but the staff were very helpful. Room cleanliness was fantastic, needed additional towels and just asked the cleaning room staff. While we did not use the laundry facilities, want to note that this is the best looking laundry area I have seen at any hotel chain. Workout area was spacious, and temperature regulated without feeling overheated. Pool and hot tub could use more towels to be available throughout, the flooring in the pool area was very slippery when wet, extra caution needed when walking through to the hot tub. On our first night visiting the hot tub, one of the rails was loose but upon our next evening visit, it appeared the hotel staff had repaired the problem.

Our king sized suite was very homey with an extra large living room. The pool with hot tub and workout room were perfect. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. We will return.

We felt welcomed as soon as we entered the hotel lobby. We were greeted with a smile and friendly staff. Our check-in experience was warm and accommodating by staff seeing to our every need. We were encouraged to report anything that we needed and that the staff would do their best to accommodate. We had a broken ironing board and they replaced it without any questions!

The staff is amazing here! We loved that our room had a full kitchen including a dishwasher with dishes available to use during our stay. We plan to come back again over the summer. Very happy with our experience here.

If you stay here be sure to meet Carmen. She made us feel like true VIP. The rooms are amazing! Plenty of room for anything you could imagine. The full kitchen was a huge perk. The location is literally right by so many different businesses that driving anywhere was simple and quick. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures.

We checked in around midnight. We live close by. Our power went out on an extremely hot evening. The employee who helped us check in went above and beyond what he probably has to do. Super friendly. Chatted with him for a while. There was no customers or anything that late at night. And he was a very cool guy. Made me feel extremely welcome. And the rooms were all suites. They were all quite beautiful. And the beds were amazing and so are the pillows. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could.

Great Location to the airport and other attractions. Texas roadhouse is within walking distance. This is great place family, working contractors and pets . They have social hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They offer free food , wine & beer & soda . Nice fire pit outside and BBQ grill for guests to use . Pool and hot that seat 9 The laundry rooms have lots of washer’s and dryer,which are free to use . We have a nice room with a comfortable bed that the reason we switched from the Hilton Motel cause the Beds here are very comfortable. Iv had 4 back surgery and the bed are just right in my opinion , stay 8 days no back pain from the bed . There a refrigerator and Stove with stock kitchen utensils . No view, just a hill .
