Sioux City Orpheum - Performing arts theater in Sioux City - Orpheum Electric Building, 528 Pierce St, USA

I've never had a bad experience there from my early childhood memory when it was a movie theater, to musicals, to concerts, and the symphony. The staff are very professional and it's even nice to come back and see their familiar face!

Beautiful venue. Gorgeous people. Lovely music. A shrine to the fine arts. We’re lucky to have such a place. One of our yearly traditions was bringing my family down to the Orpheum Theater for the free yearly showing of “It’s a Wonderful Life.” I dearly hope that returns.

Saw Joe Gatto here on 1/12 in the midst of blizzard conditions, front row! Show was great, seats were great, building was beautiful! First time I ever saw a show here and can't say enough good things about it, great night!

I attended the Cheap Trick concert tonight with a good friend. A very kind usherette, Michelle Lee, made us feel very welcome, escorted us to our correct seats, asked if our seats were comfortable (they were chairs with arm supports), offered information we needed about the elevator, nearest restrooms, and even made sure I would not fall, since I walk with a cane and am not in perfect health. And, she had ear protectors on hand, to cushion the sound of the speakers. The concert was excellent, and the theatre was very clean! I can't wait to attend another event!

Wonderful experience and beautiful venue

Very nice venue, not incredibly large, but not small either. Seemed to have good views from any seat. Lobby area is definitely crowded for sold out shows, but they had several places to get drinks, so the lines went pretty quick. Prices were pretty reasonable in comparison to other concerts I've attended.

Joe Gatto was great. The staff was great. The issue was not being able to park on the street because of the snow and then finding out the skywalks to the Orpheum locked an hour before the show started.

Beautiful venue. Fantastic symphony.
