This location customer service and promptness has gone down hill over the past 2 years. I would always use this location as they had the fastest, nicest employees. I won't go back to this location and will drive the extra distance to Signal butte location
This Starbucks location is awful! I go to this location often and the service gets worse and worse every time I go. The drive thru is so slow and takes forever. I always order my drink on the app for pick up in the store and about 70% of the time it’s not done at the time it’s supposed to be and I have to wait for my drink to be made even though I ordered it 10+ minutes before. Today my drink was supposed to be done at 5:53 I showed up to the store at that time and it wasn’t made. There was already another customer waiting for her drink when I arrived. There were 4 employees working and they all were just moving around doing nothing! Nobody ever acknowledged me and asked if I was waiting for a mobile order or asked my name so they could start making my drink. I waited 10+ minutes for my drink before I just left without my drink as I was going to be late for work. The entire time I was waiting only 1 drink was made and given out to somebody in the drive thru lane. Needless to say I won’t be back and will find another coffee location that has better service.
I stopped in here the other day and Jade is the best barista I have ever had at a Starbucks! You can tell she truly loves working here and it's infectious. She was super friendly and very helpful. They have a nice amount of seating in this location which is nice for hanging out. I will be back for sure
The prices have gone up so much that my cold brew coffee is now over $6.00. Sad to say but they just pushed this senior out of the ranks to be able to afford a treat once a week.
This is super upsetting I have been going to Starbucks for a really long time and I ordered a venti coffee as usual. When I received my cup I questioned its size because I have ordered the same coffee for years and was told no the only reason it looks different is because it's missing its label.
However I took the coffee home and measured it and it's only 16 oz which is a Grande as suspected.
With inflation prices rising the last thing I want is to be lied to. I'm so done! I wanted to treat myself instead I paid extra for a smaller coffee with a label 🏷 saying it's something its not.

Thomas seemed irritated at having to take my order. It was a dopio espresso with 2 oz cream. Took 10 minutes to get it. They were only moderately busy. Then he let the shot die while passing off my order so he could go take another at the cas register. Kept helping new customers at the cash register over completing my order.
I normally order through the drive through at this location and today and I ordered a sandwich and a croissant as well as a 4 drinks. I was informed that their ovens were offline and weren’t able to cook or heat anything. They then told me that they are still offering the food and I can heat them at home. I asked if I can have a discount for the inconvenience and they refused stating that I was buying the cold food at my own discretion. After I paid, they then asked for my card again to refund me for the sandwich because they were out. For a company that sells overpriced food and drinks I find it hard to believe can’t offer a small discount when their appliances shut down or when they constantly run out of items. Starbucks makes too much money not to make it up to their customers. I could have left and spent my $30 at a different location that had their store in order. A little courtesy doesn’t hurt anybody.
I did a mobile pickup order through the drive thru. It took me over 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru even though I wasn't stuck out in the parking lot when I entered.
It was so incredibly slow.

I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could. Their espresso shots are always pulled with quality, flavors are top notch, and their beans are *chefâs kiss* so good. I havenât had anything here I havenât craved later. Pura Vida Grinds is up in
Eccentric small drive through coffee shop with small town feel. Good ole fashioned small business with good service and really good coffee! âï¸. Has couple outdoor tables and easy drive through experience.
I love next door here so i may be partial but Murphy and his staff are probably some of the friendliest people I've ever met in a coffee shop. They have a vegan AMD regular menu of food and a really tasty menu. This place has greatly satisfied my hop
I went to try their cold brew, and it was really good. But what I liked the most was the decoration of this place. So cool! There were so many nice paintings and art in general. I'm curious to try the rest of their food items.
I literally live on the road, and strive to find unique shops for my delightful caffeine addiction.
Today's choice does not disappoint. Located on the corner of a strip mall, there is plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoor space.

We are from the Midwest where there are no Dutch Bros locations, so I wanted to try it. We stopped around 8:30am on a Sunday and it was BUSY. The drive through line was out into the street. But let me tell you - these baristas have this operation dow

Our pup adores the pup-achino treat! Last month, my partner and I turned Thursdays into our monthly date ritual, enjoying the delightful half-off drinks we discovered through the app. It's become a cherished tradition for both us and our furry friend

I have been going to this gym since the beginning of March. This is an awesome place to work out. I always walk away from workouts that have increased my health and feeling good. The coaches are awesome and have helped me lift with better form. T
I've been here a few times now and every single time I order something different, it is consistently awesome. Some of the best customer service I've seen and the price is unbeatable for the quality of food and the speed of the service. They make pret
The place was definitely what you would call busy, but that didn't stop the bartender from coming out from behind the bar and serving as quickly and promptly, they pour pints and they have many different handles. Nothing but a list beers. I had the s
Simple gym open 24/7. Half the gym is outside. Let the sun literally burn calories off. Just show up, work, clean up after yourself, behave like adults, and leave. Seems simple enough, right? ð¤£ð¤£
