This location on Southern and ValVista is awesome. Everyone is very nice and the atmosphere is always relaxing. Drinks are great too.
I've been coming to this store for years and ever since a shift supervisor named Anaheim started I avoid this store at all costs. I'm not the only one who has said something about her and I hope one day they'll do something about it because I miss the other girls that work there..
When people come in asking for the pumpkin cream cold brew stop giving them the regular cold brew and sprinkling stuff on top and hoping we won’t notice. I’m getting annoyed with this!!! It should be orange not white. Make it like the picture or I don’t want it. I will need a refund for that because you ruined my entire day and yes I’m a basic pumpkin spice batch so you can imagine how aggravating this is.
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed my favorite Starbucks, yet! They are always amazing here. Everyone is always super friendly and often remember me. Today in particular, Jaycee and Claire were handling an difficult busy time (with some difficult customers) with out missing a beat.
I want to edit my review to say I've been a long time customer here and used to be my favorite store until a shift supervisor with really long hair i think her name might be Anaheim started there.
I'm not even sure how she's a shift supervisor she's very rude to the point i don't even want to go there. I said something about my drink and her response was "didn't you just complain 2 weeks ago" now mind you i had the drink with me not drank its not like i just brought in a sticker.. sometimes i go there 3 times a day and the the drink i get is almost 9 bucks so if i don't like it yes i want it remade.. she's just very mean for no reason at all..All the other employees are so sweet and the manager Alexis has always been really nice.. store always clean and all smiles even if they are having a bad day themselves. LOVE that they open at 3:30am now for us early risers! Thank you!!!

Their lack of consistent positive customer service across the team is harmful to faithful Starbucks customers. This location is convenient to my job and I’ve repeatedly had an unpleasant experience with Anaheim and a few other staff members. This doesn’t apply to every member of the team at every shift.
As far as my drinks and food, the quality is just as apparent. When I get good service, my order comes out as expected. When dealing with the same staff with the bad service, my orders come out just as bad.
