Apparently this is what a Grande is at this store. . . And when I asked about I was answered with “Have a nice day” to get me to leave. At least I got triple stars, but come on - fill the cup! Never had this happen at another location, and I order it the same way all the time.
We stop here at this Starbucks everytime we are in Warner Robins. It's always our favorite. The Baristas are always friendly and enthusiastic, makes a great experience! Everything is always great!
20231210 Long line at drive thru, a little slow at first but did speed up a little as I got closer to the drive thru window. The barista was nice and friendly.
Baristas are great, with the best customer service I've seen at any Starbucks.
They are always kind and polite, never rushes you on anything, gives great tasting drink or food suggestions when you don't know what you want. :)
Leaving the location is quite hard because it is located on the busiest street in warner but I don't mind. Totally worth it with the amazing experience I get almost daily.
Updated: Unless you get there at the perfect time, be prepared to wait about 20+ minutes for your coffee. It's always busy and crowded. Prices are up at all Starbucks so we avoid it now and have chosen other local coffee shops whenever possible. Management can be pretty stingy. They wouldn't let us add strawberries in water for my kids without charging it as a tea for over $3. Best to take your coffee budget elsewhere.
Update: Very often out of flavors. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes just to find out they were out of all but one fall flavor. On a day that had exclusive savings for fall flavors this is unacceptable.
Double down on take your coffee business elsewhere
This is by far the best Starbucks in town! The baristas are always kind and polite! They all have great personalities and make you feel welcomed.
Of course the coffee is always great!! If you haven’t tried it yet the Iced Brown Sugar Oat shaken expresso is a must!!
Love Starbucks they bring coffee to life and are not only great and mantrly but also have big hearts giving the homeless and cold hot coffee and little sweets. Ty for your service to the community Starbucks you rock.
They did get one of our drinks wrong, but they are so friendly and calm. I haven't been to a SB in years so I wasn't expecting the calmness of the order taker Bailey.
You always feel so rushed in a drive through but not this one.
