Starbucks - Coffee shop in San Jacinto - 1211 N State St, USA

I come here quite frequently and for the most part they're okay. I always order the same thing, a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream and the drink is hit or miss with this store. It's typically too watery. But that's not really even my gripe, today I came in and me and another gentleman in a mobilized wheelchair we're in line for 6 minutes without anyone even looking at us except for one girl who came up twice and said they'll be with you in a minute. You just don't get a great Vibe as a customer and I'm completely aware that Starbucks are crazy, but you can't put all of your emphasis on your drive-thru just because there's a lot of people in your drive-thru. The people that come inside are the ones that aren't looking for a complete convenience and more of the customer service vibe and so you really have to make sure your line is in order and being tended to. Ultimately, I left and so did the other gentleman. There has to be some corrections here with everything from the consistency of the drinks that are being made to the way that the store is organized and operated.

In the last few months this Starbuck's has seriously declined. The service is awful and takes forever. The baristas are so disorganized and look lost. You talk to them and most of them are rude. I think only one gentlemen who wears glasses is nice and efficient. I always order the salted caramel cream cold brew and 9 out of 10 times it tastes so watered down and flavorless. This is the closest location to my house but I probably won't be going as often seeing as how the quality and service has seriously declined.

Anyone having issues at this location in regards to Ashley or anyone else, I'm pursuing legal action pertaining to discrimination, feel free to contact me if you've been having any issues at this store josephusmc696 gmail, I've had received some discrimination with the manager Ashley. I'm going to see if we can get her removed from that location. I've never seen a manager conduct business the way she's been conducting. I've been noticing a pattern at this Starbucks in regards to the manager Ashley, it appears she does police reports and she exaggerates things that happens at this store she's very rude when she doesn't get her way or the story doesn't appear to be in her favor, recently she spoke to me at my table about as far as I'm concerned my first complaint at that store which was all hearsay, it appeared she was trying to get me to admit to something that was said to a barista, I told her specifically "I've never stated those words", at that point she had the look of anger on her face, it seemed as if she was trying to get me to admit to something, not gonna happen. I've been doing research on the negative reviews and have been noticing reviews specifically mentioning her name. There was a recent incident at this location at Starbucks which I believe that had to do with the manager Ashley I believe it had to do with a customer whom walked in with their own Starbucks cup with tags on it, The customer was accused of theft, In the end I believe it was sorted out and it showed that Ashley was in the wrong and even then she has an issue to where she cannot give apologies when she's in the wrong, it's a one star Review "Just Cece" is the name on the Review, it was a pregnant customer that was going about her business purchasing things at Starbucks they reviewed the camera and showed that Ashley was in the wrong, it's a very similar story with me. She uses law enforcement authority to discriminate her own customers, I'm going to see if I can make a trip to the sheriff's department and get my police report as well as hers, The police had itchy trigger fingers possibly because of something what she stated when she made the call which didn't even need to be called, I give the courtesy and give the assistant manager a heads up that I was calling the police just to follow a report on something that happened months ago for my own purposes, If I knew that was the case I would have just called police without notifying anyone I did that out of a courtesy, at that point it shows Ashley's true intentions. When police arrived, they were getting two completely different reasons why they were being called one from Ashley and one for me. There was no reason for her to call because I was already in the process of contacting law enforcement on a completely different subject on something that happened to me 3 months ago and I wanted it logged because I've been noticing a pattern at that Starbucks.

I go to Starbucks every morning and this day I went to a different location. I ordered an iced black tea and the apple croissant. The croissant was burnt, almost inedible. That can be fixed, but the service cannot. The two baristas at the window argued with me about the 0.10 discount for bringing your own cup. One said, “You’re running up our window time so you’re going to have to move.” I did not appreciate the tone that was given and the rudeness. Not only was the service not where it needed to be, I gave them my Starbucks card on the app to pay and they only took 0.10 off when I had enough funds on the card to pay for the drink. In my years as an avid Starbucks goer and cup collector, this is by far the worst experience I’ve encountered.

Drive thru line is long in the morning but the team does a great job serving all the orders expediently. Never had a bad experience. Love it!

A horrible establishment maybe because of the main employee Ashley or I should say manager, very disgusting attitude, please read the one star reviews, Ashley's been on a roll causing a lot of issues with customers. I think she's a narcissist she's very unstable. Be very cautious about that place and if you see a manager named Ashley stay away.

We showed up 45 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and the doors were locked, only one person that was in there and he just looked at me and the person I was with and didn’t do anything besides what he was doing. Found that very rude, just wanted a small drink

Staff at this location always great. Friendly and professional. For instance, yesterday in drive-thru I discovered my new favorite frappacino had been discontinued. When I expressed disappointment, young man at window suggested another type that would taste very similar with addition of peppermint syrup. Agreed with suggestion and he was absolutely right! Delicious . Staff always helpful and I always appreciate them.
