Starbucks - Coffee shop in Portage - 6295 Ameriplex Dr, USA

I visited this Starbucks, located just off the Interstate, on a busy August Saturday. I have been here before, and typically go through the drive-through without issues. This time I decided to go inside. It was so crowded, as you can see in the photos. I waited for a long time for my coffee and it was just OK. My overall rating is at three, but its not the fault of the employees because everyone was busy and working very hard. It was clear that they were taking care of the drive-through ahead of customers in the store- probably as directed by management. I guess they just need more help. If I come back, I will definitely only use the drive-through.

Sabrina is the best employee at this location. She’s super nice and makes my coffee right every single time. I’m leaving 5 stars for her. When she’s not working I can tell a difference in productivity.

I am a local and this review is authentic. I have been going to this specific location weekly for the past 8+yrs, for my yummy vanilla chai pick me upper drink. Employee Erwin is awesome. He always make my drink just right every time☺️ Kudos to Starbucks…. Your drinks rock and so does your employees❤️

This location has gotten progressively worse. 21 minutes to make a tall latte, I finished my entire sandwich before the drink was done. 8 workers, 4 customers, and yes the drive thru was a little busy. 3 customers left while waiting before receiving their order. Do better Starbucks Ameriplex.

There is 1 guy who works at this location and his customer service is absolutely trash! Everyday I ask for water with my coffee. He is the only 1 who gets frustrated and makes me wait extensive amounts of time for WATER. When he’s working on the food, my food is always thrown together and overcooked. He clearly hates his job and should get a new 1. There is 2 young ladies who work here that always have a positive attitude and have my water ready, with my coffee.

I was expecting a Pistachio Frappuccino and Starbucks version is nothing but Hazlenut flavor with a taste of cinnamon. Not what I was expecting at all and no taste or flavor of Pistachio, this drink is should be considered " false advertisement " and beware if you are Allergic to Hazlenuts. You're beverage development group needs to go back to learn what flavors really are. Grossly disappointing 😞

Stopped in this morning on our way to Michigan. Ordered a black coffee. The kid working the drive thru didn't completely put the lid on the coffee and I spilled hot coffee over myself while driving on 94 (no, I didn't pick it up by the lid). They were double cupping everything because they were out of sleeves. I'm sure that had something to do with it.

I go to Starbucks once a week to impress the ladies in the office. So they do my Payroll right
