Starbucks - Coffee shop in Arlington - 1201 S Fern St, USA

Starbucks was doing end of the year Thursday half off deal. But when I got my 2 Lattes I was charged full price. When mentioned to Emily who served us, she told me that the discount is not automatic and we have to mention it to her each time. This is not true for all other Starbucks location I have been to. When asked for a refund she told me to go all the way back in the line and wait "Since there is only one of me".

I had the best customer service from this location today! Keep up the good work. Amazing experience. All employees were professional and friendly and my beverage, although they forgot the topping (which I caught before leaving) was delicious!!

A really cute starbucks, nice location, the baristas are always friendly and welcoming. Drinks are good as expected. There’s outside seating as well. The location is always a plus, it’s in a good neighbourhood, right across Costco, there’s parks nearby, the entire area is quite aesthetically pleasing.

I went to Starbucks to try a drink I saw on Instagram. When I entered it looked like a school classroom because all around were people on their computers. Made me want to go home and get my computer. Then I remembered I lived too far and that was not an option. Any hoo. I approached the counter and a nice young lady asked me if she could help me. I had my screenshot of the order from Instagram in hand. I asked for an Iced Spiced Apple, with extra Caramel Drizzle and Salted Foam. It was beautiful and delicious. The more I drank and twirled my cup the more delicious it became. It tasted like Fall in a cup. When I got to the bottom it tasted like apple pie a la mode. I would definitely order this again. I recommend this location. The staff was friendly. They had seating inside and out. And most importantly the drinks are tasty. Oh I forgot I got a slice of lemon cake with icing on it. Pure delicious sinfulness.

They’re way too slow. Be prepared to spend 30 min+ just for one cup of simple drink. There’s not even lots of people in the shop at the moment

Staff are friendly and our orders were made pretty fast even though it was busy’ish. The shop itself was very clean and tidy.

I went to order a caramel latte. The cashier was responsive and friendly. She tried to listen as best she could as I am hard of hearing. I will definitely go again someday.

If I’m going to pay almost $6 for a cup of coffee, I need to at least have a shot of caffeine not just milk, water and foam. Also, public sidewalks are not owned by Starbucks and people who are down on their luck should not be harassed. The thing I like about living in this neighborhood is how kind and inclusive the people are, and telling people to get off the sidewalk when they’re not disturbing anyone but merely existing as a human being is not a good example to set for children. Kindness will take you far in life. Someone is always watching, and you have an opportunity to be a role model.
