Starbucks - Coffee shop in Tifton - 1204 US-82, USA

I was disappointed by the service at this Starbucks. While passing through and heading out of town, I stopped for a hot chai latte and a breakfast sandwich. To my surprise, the sandwich was frozen when I took a bite. Upon returning to the store, I asked the barista for a replacement because the sandwich I received was still partially frozen. After a wait of several minutes, another employee, Akira, completed my sandwich and tossed it onto the counter without offering an apology or any customer service gestures. The absence of courtesy and professionalism caught me off guard.

They always say hi to me and most everyone knows me by name. It’s the little things. The holiday season 10/31 - first weekend In January makes for a crazy time as it’s one of the only Starbucks between Macon and Valdosta. I highly recommend mobile order if you’re in a hurry. Also, if the drive thru line is long and blocks the entrance, turn at the Olive Garden entrance and go behind the Olive Garden to go around and park to walk in for mobile order.

This location was extremely busy. The mobile ordering was down, so we walked in to order. The drive thru definitely has preference. I will say that the team efficiency was exceptional at this Starbucks location. While the wait was 20 minutes from ordering to pick up, I knew the team was doing their best and killing it.

I visit this location 4-5 days a week. The staff has always been very friendly. However, today I had my first encounter with the Manager (Bridgette). There was a misunderstanding with my app payment. I had been sitting waiting for more order when she approached me condescendingly "sir, u need to pay for ur drink order." She definitely does not know how to talk to customers. Things escalated from that point. I teceived my refund and tried to explain why it escalated but she refuded to take any responsibility for how the events unfolded. Then, she couldnt resist showing the power she had infront of her employees by saying she could have gave me the drink free, if I was nicer. This manager needs to learn how to communicate to customers and how to take responsibility. I absolutely hate that a penny of my money will make her sales look better. Thankfully, I can spend my some of my money at other coffee shops when its convenient for me. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and would like to speak to a district manager regarding Bridgette and customer service or lack of.

So I originally gave this Starbucks location a 3 star rating. Since that time, I've come in numerous times. This location is nearly always super busy. Today was no exception, except this was honestly the most packed full I've seen in a long time. Customers waiting inside were nearly shoulder to shoulder! The drive thru was at least 10-15 cars deep Thankfully I ordered ahead on my app! Lots of others did too. While I was waiting on my order, they called at least 6 mobile orders for pick up!! I have to say that Brittany (hers was the only name I caught) and the rest of the team working today were KILLING IT! They were getting lots of orders out the door ... Quickly, And efficiently !!!!!

Service was poor. They took their absolute time. Had no sense of urgency and my drink wasn't made right. I'll be back to give them another try. Hopefully to move the stars up.

They don’t answer the phone at this location. I placed an order online through the app and it chose this location instead of the one in Moultrie (one town over). I tried to call to cancel the order but nobody would answer and I have called the customer service number as well as contacting Starbucks on Facebook to try to get my money returned to my card. It’s now 8 days later and nothing has been done for me to receive my refund. I did place the order at the correct location in Moultrie and they had it ready when I arrived but still have almost $50 charge on my card from the Tifton Ga location. I will not be using Starbucks again as this has been a horrible experience trying to get a refund when all they have to do is pick up the telephone at the Tifton location. Days later and still nobody is answering the phone at the Tifton Ga location. This is not how you run a business. Poor management of the employees and store.

just an interstate Starbucks. Coffee was as expected .. the bathroom was dirty and no paper towels .. main area of the place was dirty not well kept. I know it’s hard to get good help but not expecting much got to get coffee to go.
