Amazing Experience! Absolutely love this hotel and staff they are all great to work with! I have stayed here on multiple occasions and every time has been beyond amazing! Very nice atmosphere clean rooms and great location! Highly Recommend! The manager was amazing and was willing to work with me to get into my room earlier than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. I called them and they got me in right away! Amazing manager staff and hotel!

Just stayed in this hotel for a weeklong basketball camp that my son attended. Here are my thoughts:||Lobby/Front Desk||The hotel is apparently only 6 months old and is nice and spacious. Lobby is clean and modern and there are lots of places to sit, do work, etc. We dealt with several people at the front desk and it was a mix of good and bad: some were nice and helpful, while others were fairly rude. I asked for a late checkout one night and a woman (who I assume was some kind of manager), said “depends on housekeeping” which seemed to be a weird response as most hotels can usually accommodate a late checkout unless they are overbooked. I asked later that night and was granted late checkout by another woman, only to have housekeeping knock on my door the next day and ask why I was still in there. I realize this isn’t the Four Seasons, but it seems like some customer service training is in order for some of the staff. They have a small “mini mart” where you can get snack, drinks and others stuff which was nice.||Breakfast||Most of these types of hotels usually have free breakfasts, which is a good selling point and this one was pretty standard. It would have been nice if they changed up the food every so often, but it was the same exact stuff. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. They didn’t run out of anything and it seemed to be stocked fairly often so that was good, but it had fairly limited hours: 6-9am. Would have been nice to have an extra hour if you were sleeping in.||Rooms||We had a double queen room which was a pretty standard size and was comfortable. Beds were nice and soft and everything was clean, but you could notice where they cut corners during construction (paint splotches on walls, uneven carpet tiles, etc.) They also placed us right by the elevators and, while it wasn’t super busy, one of the two elevators was broken for our whole stay and we could hear the workers pretty clearly as they tried to fix them. They only service the room every 3 days unless you request more service, but even then they’ll only do a “light” cleaning. This was somewhat annoying considering the trash cans were small and trash tends to pile up pretty quickly when staying in a hotel for a week. I could see this not being an issue for 1-2 day visitors, but they should really offer more frequent service for people staying longer. One other weird note is that the hallway outside our room was absolutely freezing. The room itself was either sort of stuffy or freezing - there wasn’t really an in between. We did have a microwave and fridge was a nice.||Overall it was a decent hotel for the price - nothing exceptional though. If you’re here for a baseball or basketball tournament I could see it being a convenient place to stay as the fields and gym are literally right down the street. Besides the one elevator being broken, the pool was closed for half of our stay. It didn’t affect us, but I could see being annoyed if you were planning on using it. If they get some cs training for their front desk staff it would be a big step in making this a nice play to stay.

Very nice hotel but it seems pretty new. Everything was very clean. Nice rooms. Big tv. The free breakfast was good. Coffee not so much but what hotel has good coffee?

I have spent numerous nights at this hotels for the last 2 months .. I thought the ok was pretty decent being it was a choice hotel . Some of the front Desk staff is ok and some has the worst attitudes on earth including the General manager Ryan Wargolet . He is one of the most nonchalant inconsiderate managers I have ever came across . I bring to his attention about a big problem , showed pictures to the assistant manager Lauren who is a total sweetheart, She told me that Ryan would reach out to me once I check out never received a phone call from him , I received a Do not rent from him from me noticing the bed bug problem , Me and my kids were bitten by the things , Instead of dealing with the problem he decided to ban me because his house keepers had to spend time in the room stripping all linen off the bed ,with not explanation from him but from the assistant manager Lauren , which one were valid and he made the decision on his own without any compensation just a "do not rent" This man is horrible he didn't care about what happened to me and my kids and used his assistant to do his dirty work

Beware !!! Of this motel!! We stayed there for a weekend and our TV didn’t not work the whole time so instead of moving us the lady that was in that day promised us a discount on the rooms for the weekend only to find out later upon checking out that because we booked thru Expedia we would have to go thru them. They also refused to give us a receipt.( Ryan the manager did anyways). We contacted Expedia and they tried multiple times to get discount but the motel refused . Will never stay there again.

The manager was accommodating when we couldn't make our original booking date. The hotel was nice, the rooms super clean, the beds very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. The person at the front desk, Jenny, was very nice. Thanks for a nice stay!

Lobby- staff was extremely pleasant and check in was quick and easy. There's a small store with a modest selection of snacks, 24 hour hot water/ tea, regular coffee, and decaf coffee available, very spacious and clean, attended 24 hours per day Fitness center- small, 24 hours, 1 treadmill, 1 stair machine, dumbbells, and medicine balls Pool- indoor, area seemed well maintained but it was a basic pool, nothing fancy, you'll have to bring your own fun.

What a convenient location if you're in Franklin, WI. Front desk customer service was on point! Room was very modern and comfortable. Honestly, the only issue we had was that there was no shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. Other than that...10+ visit.

Ok, I'll be honest. I was expecting this to be something of a "dive bar." Instead, it's casual, a bit darker and more rustic. Nice place to watch a game, shoot pool, or chill on at a back table with friends. I ordered the Pub Burger. A half-pound, ta
