The staff is very welcoming as soon as you walk into the place. The two gentlemen who work at night are helpful they showed us where the shoes are for my fit. The store is super clean and organized for being a shoe store, and the vibes are awesome. Thank you for your service.

Awesome experience! Walked in 10 mins before they were closing. We let them know we were going to go as fast as we could. Jose and Haybert made sure to make us not feel rushed. They went above and beyond helping us look for shoes in the back. We ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and walked out at 9:10. They had the type of attitude you expect businesses to have but you just don't see it anymore. Great job guys and thank you!

Both guys were super helpful. Wish prices were a little lower. Bring back additional discounts on "clearance" prices because they are still high.

Really sad to see the change of management. Used to come to this Skechers quite often but something changed. Went to use my work discount flyer for 30% off any pair of work shoes and a tan skinned bigger lady around 5:40pm (not wearing a name tag) told me she could not apply the discount without a badge or photo of schedule. She said “I could have gotten that flyer anywhere” which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She claimed to be the manager and her upper management made her “crack down on the work discount policies.” Which was very contradicting because, after waiting for my manager to send my work schedule for proof, she was mysteriously able to apply the coupon? When just prior she said she could NOT do that. The entire conversation she had a confrontational attitude. She also did not check the sizes of the shoes before bagging them. My daughter was also going to purchase a pair of shoes, but after witnessing the horrible attitude of this woman she did not want to be anywhere near her due to how confrontational she was. Really disappointing experience.

Love Skechers shoes. We have been buying all of our shoes and sandals here for a few years. We love taking advantage of the "buy one, get one half off" deal. This visit we bought 2 pairs of men's shoes. Both pairs are machine washable. One pair is classic black the other is a grey/blue color, GoWalk and can be put on without using my hands. This is going to save me time every day! This store was clean and was not messy. The 3 employees seemed friendly when we talked to them, but they did seem more interested in talking amongst themselves then helping us or the other customers who came in.

I had ordered boots online but needed to exchange size. They didn't have them in store but the employee was very helpful with the return and ordered me the correct size to be shipped to my house. Had very prompt professional service I highly recommend coming to this location for your shoe needs. The store was very clean and the people were friendly. Plus on the weekends they pop popcorn for customers.

The girl who helped was very nice and answered any questions I had. I'm just bummed they really didn't have much un my size.
