I came to get a sneakers for carnival and the sales associate Emily was wonderful she was the only associate on the floor however she was able to help everyone and give them what was needed not one person left emptied hand and everyone had a smile on their face. She went above and beyond.

In my opinion this manager is very unprofessional and rude. I was a Skechers customer for over 20 years, and this is the first time I had this terrible experience. All I wanted to get a refund for the defective pair of shoes I purchased at this store. Can't believe that this kind of unprofessionalism exist.
