Shattered Nightmares Haunted House - Haunted house in Terre Haute - 1609 Lafayette Ave, USA

That was a million times better than the ones in Indy in my opinion. Standing in line was definitely worth the wait!!!! The actors were phenomenal. Our tour guide Annie was absolutely amazing and made the experience even better. You all were outstanding. So glad to have this place close to home.

My friends and I went to Shattered Nightmares a few weeks ago. Let me tell you, this haunt is worth whatever amount of time you have to wait to go inside even if it’s raining or cold as hell. Once we got inside the actual haunt we were greeted with our tour guide. I don’t remember her name but I know she had curly pigtails. She was amazing throughout the whole haunt even when she ran away from us. The scares were out of this world. They scarers come out when you least expect them to from the weirdest places ever. My favorites are definitely the butcher and the dolly room. The clowns were also super cool. All and all, if you’re looking for an amazing haunt, I would recommend you went to Shattered Nightmares before you try anywhere else. Trust me it’s so worth the wait and money! I’ll be back for one of the abandoned nights as long as I don’t have to work late. You guys are doing amazing, and I can tell all the actors are passionate and proud of the work they’re doing. Keep it up!

Definitely enjoyed it. I’m a big chicken and I kept telling myself to leave but I didn’t… it is a very long wait, arrived at 8:15 and didn’t get to go in until 11:54 but it’s worth the wait I promise !! our group of 5 had a blast!!

Overall, we had a great time, but our tour guide was a bit rude, disrespectful, and mean to all of us and the kids. We pay good money to have fun, and she honestly made the experience a bit unpleasant. I don't normally try to complain, and try to understand that this person may have to do this redundantly and it may get tiresome, or could just be having a bad day, but it was unnecessarily cocky. Especially towards the children. At first I thought it was part of the act, but then realized quite quickly it wasn't and it was just flat out arrogance and unprofessional. Other than that, the other actors and the scares were a lot of fun. You can tell they really put their all into it and the overall production of it was a blast to go through.

Shattered Nightmares is a great haunted house experience! We love visiting and can't wait for more off-season events. For a full review, please visit our website!

Tried to go Saturday night. Waited in line for 20 mins. Then line charcter comes out and tells us for how long we were going to half to wait in line it wasn't worth it. So our group then left. Almost felt like they were trying to get us to leave. Won't be back.

If you like this kind of stuff it's great there is trapdoor where stuff comes out and air sprays your ankles. I'm 13 and I absolutely hate that kind of stuff but I had a blast 10/10
