Stopped at the mobile food truck downtown for lunch one day. The Chef Chos was very friendly and informative of the items available on the food trucks menu.

Food was delicious 😋. Had a hard time finding the place. The GPS took me to another location that was permanently closed. When I got to this one it looked closed, there were trucks almost blocking the front… When I got in the restaurant, I was surprised by the great smell. I was going for the Halal Lamb because I heard a lot about it. I got the lamb platter and the shrimp salmon wrap… I finished the wrap too fast, I forgot to take a decent picture for Map 😂, The lamb platter was delicious too. Meat was tender, flavorful and the sauce is great. The cashier was welcoming and friendly. He took my order quickly and provided some guidance. The food was ready in about 15 min. People started coming in and getting food. Glad I went though the door even if it felt closed from afar. The food was insanely good. Just the Halal lamb I heard about and was craving. Thank you.

First time...got the steak platter. Notice a "special sauce" that looked milk/cream based. Called the store no answer got voicemail. They made $15 from me. Because I cannot eat it Lactose intolerant!!!. It was doused so much that picking through it was not worth the hassle.

Ate from their food truck while on my lunch break. Bought a chicken wrap and a shrimp wrap. I had the chicken wrap and it was delicious! Fresh and hot! My friend said the shrimp wrap was a good eat too! Alot of shrimp which isn’t easy to come by when dealing with seafood. It wasn’t premade and it took just about 10-15 minutes to get.

Place located in an a neighborhood that’s underprivileged area, where the owner Sharief only hires Hispanic working force instead of hiring African American in a neighborhood that may need a job… chicken wings is over $350 per one wing.. food not as good as when. He opened years ago… $6 wings will cost $18 dollars.. price gouging …. I ask about price one with his remarks people still buy them… will never go again

I got the salmon platter, it was disgusting. The vegetables were undercooked. The salmon comes from a can. It's not the real thing. And they load it with a lot yellow rice.... The customer service is bad!!! So ur basically paying for rice and a little bit of can salmon. You might as well go buy a can from the grocery store and make some rice. Smh....I don't know about other things there but the Salmon platter is a waste. Save $14 and go cook it at home for about 5 bucks or less🤷‍♂️

I would have given 5 stars but I did not get to try what I wanted which were the rotisserie wings. My co-worker got them a week ago and said although they were baked, they were crispy like they were fried. What I did order I enjoyed immensely. I ended up getting the fried chicken wings with seasoned fries and broccoli. The chicken wings were huge and fried perfectly. The crispy yet flaky outer shell was amazing. The flavor of the wings were very good as well. I only wish I had arrived 45 minutes later and been able to try the rotisserie wings because they looked like heaven spinning in the oven. The seasoned fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and were not overly seasoned. they hit the spot. The broccoli was sliced thin and sauteed in butter and garlic sauce and man oh man I could have had a double helping of broccoli and been somewhat keto friendly LOL. This Halal spot did not disappoint and is all everyone says they are. I can't wait to go back and get those rotisserie wings! A steady stream of folks coming in to grab their lunch order and after enjoying my meal I totally understand why. I get those wings and they are how my co-worker described I will be changing my rating to a 5 star.

Was enjoying my steak and shrimp wrap til I bit down on this, looks to be a piece of spatula or something in my wrap, thank God I didnt swallow or choke. Dang Shareefs, this wasn't cool.
