Fairly large, nice and new event center! Easy to get to right off interstate 29! There seems to be plenty of parking although it is a little distance to entrance doors. Restrooms seamed fairly adequate and has all the needed things but it did feel a little messy. Several different conference rooms and also has it's in concession stand to sell food during events. I did however think prices are a little high and their is a very limited menu with limited selection! GFP offices are also located here. Overall thought was ok except for sun glare across our pool table. Need something to block to that out!
Meh, lovely building, trash field. It's basically horrible carpet. Cleats do not work, so use basketball shoes instead.
Clean and spacious Event center. The system they used during the Home Show for announcements and door prizes was once again terrible. Parking is a bit cramped. Location has a concession area with very good Slushies and Chicken Tenders and Cheese balls that though some of the better will find, are a bit pricey. That's somewhat expected at Expos though.
Nice friendly people No need to patch a lunch for this stop Trucker Steve
Nice place,great concessions, atmosphere,clean..
Seaboard Arrived at guard shack where the guard greets you upon arrival afterwards you are instructed to slide tandems back. next you are advised to park and check in at the shipping office which will be on your immediate left if you are dropping here to make sure you put my trailer info there after you are provided with a cover and confirmation sheet .next you are directed to the trailer wash where you will back into the bay. afterwards we will park in the designated lane . for empty trailers lane one or two loaded trailers located in lane 3 or 4. the office staff was nice and personable. Btw the bathroom was clean and tidy 🤷🏾♀️
Great secure place with a position no matter what your limits are as they will actually help and work with you, very clean and you don't want to throw up the closer you get to work for being where your pork chops come from , and honestly have ya smelled a pig or cattle farm just going down the interstate? Seaboard is the best smelling meat plant I ever had gone to in my life. Very good hard work with plenty of jobs and benefits as your paid well too....only thing is ya gotta put in the time and effort that is expected but DEFINITELY WELL WORTH IT!!!! Especially if you have a High School Graduate that wants to be a big boy or girl and start their adult life as our future has a chance to be with the UNION so you know your treated good like a worker earns!
Parking was great. First venue that doesn't price gouge for it. Easy to get around to the different courts.

Anne was absolutely amazing from the first time I spoke with her, through the duration of the 8 weeks. When my Daughter was awarded a Summer Internship and we were responsible for finding housing for 8 weeks in Iowa, to say I felt over whelmed was a
I've never had a bad experience there from my early childhood memory when it was a movie theater, to musicals, to concerts, and the symphony. The staff are very professional and it's even nice to come back and see their familiar face!
I was in town for a month, Abby and the team have created an amazing environment that is friendly, motivating, and challenging. Every coach I worked with was focused on form and safety. Itâs been more than a year since I had last done CrossFit, Coa
One of the best coffee shops in Sioux City and probably the oldest in the area. Worth checking it out. Amazing food made with fresh ingredients. A big range of signature coffee drinks, cold brew, iced coffee, iced tea, Vietnamese coffee, you name it,
Stone State Park is kind of a hidden gem IMO. It covers a rather large area and its hiking trails are second to none ! There are even trails for horseback riding. Plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife. I've never camped here, so I can't commen
