First time here and we love it! We are typically sbux drinkers but wanted to give it a shot and glad we did they have many options of sugar free syrup choices making this place more accessible to those with this requirement. Pictured is the Turtle Latte with oat milk made with sugar free syrups but added whipped cream because why not. The other is a nitro brew black and white added vanilla. Both were good the girls that took care of us this early morning were very sweet and patient as they waited on us to check out their menu. We will be back for sure
Such a nice little drive-through coffee shop! Yesterday, I visited Scooter's Coffee, a newly opened coffee place in Lexington. I decided to try their signature Iced Caramelicious drink, a delightful combination of caramel sauce, milk, and espresso. The drink was incredibly refreshing and delicious, and I highly recommend it. What I appreciated the most was that despite caramel being the foundation of the drink, it wasn't overly sweet. Moreover, the staff at Scooter's Coffee were extremely friendly. I stopped by around 8 pm, and fortunately, there wasn't a long line ahead of me.
Love the blended drinks, great taste and quality ingredients. They have a solid variety of flavors to choose from. Hard to assess the atmosphere for a place that is strictly drive thru, but the customer service is the best, extremely courteous, very efficient.
Honestly the coffee was great, it’s a bit expensive, but flavor was amazing. One thing that really frustrated me was that they asked if I wanted cold foam on my coffee after each coffee order. I realized only after checking my receipt that it was an extra $1 it would be nice to know before the purchase.
After calling the coffee shop and explaining that it would be nice to know about the extra $1 for the cold foam when it is being offered, the girl that was a shift lead on 10/21/23 was extremely kind and she is the reason for the extra stars. Customer service is everything!!
Wow, such kind and thoughtful owners. Pulled up on thanksgiving day and they pulled up to offer to make me a cup even though they were closed. You don’t see this type of kindness anymore! Such an amazing gesture!
Only been twice so far, but I live in the apartments right next to the Nicholasville location and am making this my go-to daily coffee place! Especially before work since I leave by 6 and it’s conveniently open at 5am.
the employees are always pleasant and nice, definitely recommend this place! Vanilla cold brew with cold foam is yummy.
Tried the new Scooter’s Coffee today and it was AMAZING!! My Caramel Vanilla Cappuccino and White Mocha were perfect. Customer Service was outstanding and I was in, out and on my way so quickly.
Awesome place, better than Starbuck's. Great coffee and incredible pastries. The "energy infusions" are absolutely amazing too. The people who work here are always super nice.
